Jimmy Warren came out on a holiday and fixed my AC. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Definitely 5 star service!

I’m so glad I chose Estes heating and Air to get my Unit replaced Erica , Brittney in the office was great to help get everything set up . And Jimmy was very thorough and checked everything and showed me what was bad and his recommendations where great thank all of y’all so much.
Estes corrected my AC problem very quickly today....thanks to the tech, CJ, who they sent out....the 1st tech that came out 2 wks ago did not go under and inspect the problem....I had cool air coming from under the trailer...the 1st tech just stuck his head under there and said... .....yeah you have cool air coming from somewhere....and I just paid him $69 to tell me what I already knew.... So, I called Estes back yesterday and told Tammy what happened and she said she would sent out another tech to take care of it at no charge....and the 2nd tech, CJ, that Estes sent out at no charge, went under and reconnected the flex ducting back to where it connected to my trailer...PROBLEM FIXED...saved me a lot of money....Thank you again, CJ and Estes for the professionalism that you displayed to me.
The HVAC installation went great. The installers were professional, friendly, and helpful with final setup. They answered all of our questions and followed up for adjustments. We highly recommend their services.

Estes Heating and Air Conditioning are an excellent company. We were hit by lightning over the weekend, and they sent a repairman out quickly. In a short time frame, he was able to get us up and running again. We are very thankful for Estes Heating and Air!

Jimmy Warren was very patient he answered all of my questions regarding the maintenance agreement he was professional courteous and very helpful he was responsive and on time. He resolved the issue and got the ac up and running. Awesome!!!!!! I have not had pure customer satisfaction like Mr Warren provided. Outstanding!!!!!!!!
My HVAC system died last month. Estes offered me the best deal out of the 3 estimates. Jeff Warren, Estes Sales Rep was super friendly and professional. He referred me to Wells Fargo for financing. The deal was done within minutes. Just as Jeff stated, the installation crew came the next day. The crew were very professional and they made certain not to leave any debris. Estes was very professional and handled everything in a timely manner. Erica, Jimmy, Gary, and Justin were very helpful with everything from troubleshooting and explaining the situation, to financing options and a great install. They also cleaned up the area after work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing ac repair/replacing.
We had just moved in our new home and the AC drain stopped working. Dillion came and quickly confirmed that we had a stopped up drain line. He was so personable and professional and also took pictures of the problem in my attic and explained what had happened and how to keep the problem from occurring again. So thankful for his knowledge and the fact he had the issue resolved quickly!

Jimmy was the ONLY one who was able to identify the problem and FIX it!!! Several individuals came out but none appeared to be knowledgeable to find the issues! He would get FIVE Stars!! The company as a group, 2 Stars because from the first day they stepped on my property there were issues. Jimmy was Professional therefore the poor rating is NOT for him…
I requested a quote to replace my heating and air conditioning. The tech was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions. We will be using this company when my 30 year old Ac quits.
Had A/C issues on new unit. Took a little trouble shooting in their part but techs stayed with it until issue was solved!
