Pronounced "We-cheat-em". Seriously guys, just because you've established a monopoly-esque foothold in the HV/AC supply market here in Alabama doesn't mean you shouldn't still try to employ good customer service. Y'all can do better. Roll Tide.

WARNING-HOMEOWNERS STAY AWAY!!! I went to buy a capacitor. An older employee eventually asked me if I needed help and if I was a contractor. I said I was not a contractor. He immediately replied "we only sell to contractors". I replied I had bought items from them previously with no problems. He restated that they don't sell to homeowners. WARNING-HOMEOWNERS STAY AWAY!!! I wasn't trying to buy a full system or items requiring a license. I guess he was happy putting me in my place in front of the waiting "contractors".

As a licensed HVAC contractor I'm glad to see the reviews on non licensed customers being turned away as it is very clearly marked on the front door "wholesale only must be a licensed HVAC company". The counter guys are probably salty because they deal with people like me on a daily basis. HVAC guy talk down to counter guys and counter guys talk down to people with out a state HVAC license. It's just the pecking order and the internet is your best friend. Especially If you can't deal with the stress of a couple of "contactor" salesmen telling you to read the sign out front.
