I cannot begin to describe what a wonderful experience we had with Jerome and Optimist Heating and Cooling. I have had several issues with different AC repair companies in the past, and after today, I will never call anyone else. Jerome was very professional, knowledgable, and just an overall great guy. Not only did he fix the issue that my unit was having, he also went above and beyond to ensure that every other part of my unit was working properly. My wife and I are over the moon to have a working air conditioner, and I could not recommend Jerome and Optimist Heating and Cooling more!!!

Jerome and Tina were very responsive and professional. Jerome was one of the best technicians I have been around. My unit is up in age and I was expecting him to tell me to replace it. He fixed the issue and said why would you replace something that can be fixed! They were very professional and I will recommend them to everyone that has AC issues.

Jerome is great! I love the quality of his service. We are going on our second year of regular maintenance and he is so thorough to make sure our furnace and ac keep running. You will not be disappointed.

Optimist has replaced both my residential and office/commercial HVAC units. Every time I need work, Optimist responds immediately, and provides detailed estimates with different options for repair/replace. Owner always personable and willing to go the extra mile. Optimist is an excellent HVAC company. More than 5 stars needed!
They are not a good company to use and they not professional they left me and my family this weekend in the cold

Jerome and Tina were amazing and helped us navigate issues with our home warranty. They were responsive, patient and went above and beyond; they even lent us window units while we waited for our ac to be fixed since we had an infant. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jerome McCarter went above & beyond in his work which was excellent & made sure to explain everything to me in detail. He made sure to fix all AC problems it had on the same day even though my AC had multiple issues. To summarize, I am greatly appreciative of Jerome & would highly recommend him to everybody.
I was connected to Optimist Heating and Cooling through my home warranty company. Jerome was on time, pleasant, professional, went above and beyond to determine and fix the problem. We will be calling Optimist Heating and Cooling for all of our future HVAC needs.
Jerome came out on a Sunday morning to fix my AC unit. Never complained and was very upfront with the work that needed to be done. Not sure how many companies would have came out on a Sunday and not charge extra. Would use him again and again

Jerome from Optimist reached out me after submitting a home warranty claim. The company that came out last year was unable to resolve the issue but Jerome was able to get a full replacement HVAC system. I was extremely satisfied with his response, professionalism and level of customer service. The new system is working great and I am highly recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC service!!
