Josh ans Sedric was absolutely AMAZING! The weather was so unforgiving but they did their jobs with ease and a smile. They answered my questions and explained everything very well And they arrived before their scheduled times and finished in the time frame they said they would. You guys have a customer for life!

James called and asked if he could come earlier than the original appointment. Quickly deduced the issue and checked with the manufacturer if the faulty part was still under warranty. It was, saving me the money for the part. This was the second time we’ve had James handling our repairs. Outstanding every time.

Micah was on time, performed regular maintenance on my Heating & Air Unit. He got me a $100.00 discount on a new anti-fungal device for my attic. I recommend this company; they installed a new H&A unit for me 4 years ago and I use them for regular checkups.
Micah was on time. We ran into a few issues before getting my thermostat installed. He did try various ways to get it working. I can say he had a good attitude and it matters alot. Just the people that he was trying to reach was not answering the phone. So it made it take long, but he was fair in pricing. Overall I am happy because it is functioning and he was nice to put the other pieces up for me. Thanks Micah.
Heater stopped working on Friday morning. One hour had service man there that afternoon and he stayed until the system was fixed. Final cost with same as estimate he gave me. Derek the serviceman was great to work with!
