Valley always responds to my need quickly and prices their work fairly
Recently we had Tim and his crew upgrade the central unit at our house out in Bessemer. Very professional and nice. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking.

Valley Heating and Air came through again! Friday, 6/30/23, (holiday weekend) I get home from work early- 11:00 a.m., waiting for guests to arrive, and noticed that the main level felt warm so I checked the thermostat and no response. Checked breakers and no problem with them. I called Valley and said they were very busy with similar emergencies but they said they could come later in the afternoon which was fine with me because I wasn't expecting they would be able to come that day at all. Well, Mr. Ferlisi was at the door at 2:00 (3 hours after I called, mind you), and within 1 hour he fixed the problem and was gone- before our guests plane landed!! Valley Heating and air is THE BEST, they put the "Pro" in "professional" and have never disappointed us in 33 years. Great maintenance program, great work, great price, and great people!

They sent someone out on the weekend to repair my HVAC so I wouldn’t roast. We have been using this company since 2012 and except for one scheduling glitch, the service has been very good.
I am a Realtor and I found out last minute that I needed a fireplace inspection. Valley Heating & Air was on top of it! They were out within 24 hours and I had the inspection report back the day they came out. Kristi was amazing! Very helpful!

I've used Valley for years and was somewhat reluctant to stay after new ownership. I spoke with Tim (new owner) to schedule my annual maintenance and a couple of days later Tim shows up personally to perform the work. Top notch leadership, great workmanship, and excellent customer service. Tim surpassed my expectations.

David and his assistant were prompt and professional when completing my Spring service visit. They discovered an issue with a faulty circuit breaker and brought the defective equipment inside for my inspection and showed me the installed replacement part. I was also offered a discount on the replacement part when I renewed my yearly maintenance plan. Outstanding service vist.
