Original service call was scheduled for Memorial Day, which was shocking in and of itself; but the company called later and was able to move up the service call to Sunday due to a cancellation. Nice to work with a company that offers service options on days that are typically considered non-working days. Also, the scheduler herself rocks — strong representative for the company in my opinion. I’ve been a customer for a long time, and scheduling options are much more favorable these days — very customer oriented.
Wiring left outside unit, damage to wall, didn't clean up after, and had to send another employee to correct problem areas.
I have used Meyers for about 10 years. Have never been disappointed with them. I highly recommend the company.
This place is HORRIBLE. If I could give negative stars I would. They were sent to our home contracted from American Home Shield for our air conditioning unit. We were told our compressor was out and that we needed refrigerant as part of the repair that was NOT covered by American Home Shield. Myers "fixed" our unit, and we paid $1400 for replacement refrigerant. When I came home from work, I noticed the unit was making a very loud knocking noise, so much so that it was difficult to sleep at night. It has never sounded like this in the past. I contacted Myers, and they came back out to evaluate the unit. They claimed the system was operating correctly - although the technician never even went into the attic where the loud noise originated from. He claimed that he didn't hear the loud noise and that it may sound a little louder than normal "because of the kind of compressor we put on." This all took place in late February. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, our unit went out AGAIN. By now, we have switched from American Home Shield to a new home warranty coverage company because we were not happy with AHS coverage. They sent another company out, who evaluated our unit. We were told that the WRONG TYPE OF COMPRESSOR was placed on our unit and caused the compressor to blow out again. We were also told the wrong refrigerant was placed in the system, and now the system was shot. As a result, the new home warranty company would not cover it because it was deemed to be not of original part and pre-existing. So here we are, needing a new unit and out of 25K all because of this company without morals. They not only misled us but also lied about what was done and then made me feel as though I was just imagining the unit was louder and knocking when I complained about it. I beg of you, don't trust your home to these people. Also, the customer service is awful. The girl that answers the phone always has an attitude and becomes defensive when calling to inquire about any activ

When my home warranty called, they came out the same day to repair my AC. The problem was resolved within 45 minutes.
Steer Clear! See Myers Comfort BBB record for truth. They came to my home for a simple clog and tried to turn it into multi-thousand dollar issue claiming there was a broken pipe under the concrete slab! The next day I called a Reputable plumber and it was fixed in under an hour for under $400. They were sent via American Home Shield who are not particular about who they contract with it seems-. So Check Their Reviews too!
Our technician showed up very timely and went straight to work. He quickly diagnose the problem as a bad capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and explained what the problem was with our system. He found one other minor issue that took a short period of time to correct. And when he left our air conditioner was running as good as new. Very pleased with this service in our technician.

Myers was sent to me by my home warranty company. A lot of time services providers are hit or miss through warranty, but my technician L'Darius was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions in a way in which I could understand. I’ll definitely request him in the future.
Had a part on my ac system start leaking, the technicians that came to install the new part were friendly and professional.
