Sorry to report that Bobby Cross passed away suddenly in June and the business has closed. I received 30+ years of good service.
So grateful for this company’s fast and reliable service! They diagnosed my issue, made the repair, and then stuck my parents with the bill as requested (jk)... but seriously- great company with great hvac tech’s.. now if I can only get them to pay my $685 power bill I’ll give them 10 stars one day whenever it becomes possible.

As quoted, on time and under budget. Worker were curtis and knowledgeable. Respected our home inside and out during installation. Follow up was was appreciate. Thank you Mr. Cross!
My neighbor uses this company. Installed a new AC system. Technicians have to come out a lot. See the truck there every 3-4 months, several times for some reason. Makes me question this company and technicians. Be very leery.

Was told my original unit was bad and needed to be replaced. Then after spending over 5,000 on a Goodman brand new unit at the end of the very first summer ran out of freeon. They kept telling me there was a leak and different techs said they found it, but each year like clock work needed freeon. I was told not to worry about it, they didn't mind filling up with freeon every year to be patient with them. Then my warranty runs out and they tell me, sorry, we never found the leak that we caused when we installed the system and now that the warranty is out you will have to pay 400 every few months for freeon. I was told the just couldn't find it after numerous times of claiming it was solved. I don't know if it's incompetence or just a rip off. I was actually told the only solution was to buy another system from them. I wouldn't buy anything from these people, they don't stand by there word, warranty or product. The leak should have been fixed year one no matter how long it took
