Great all-around experience. Got a call back within 5 minutes of sending a message out, and they met me on time the same day for a quote. The price was more than reasonable, and they did a full replacement within 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone as they will be my first call from here on out.

I called when my heat was out on Christmas Eve and USHVAC was very quick and responsive to get to my house and fix my heat for the holidays.
I contacted Jamie when I woke up and it was obvious my furnace was not working properly. I called and he was here within an hour. I needed a new furnace and he worked to identify the problem, get the parts, and install a new one all in about 24 hours!! I highly recommend this company! Jamie was fast, efficient, and professional.
Our HVAC went out last week on the day it just happened to be the coldest to start in 2022. We sat by for nearly three days waiting for our homeowner's insurance to get a technician out to our home to get some repairs that never came. Fortunately, US HVAC Services responded to one of my cold calls and was able to provide me with same day repair estimates (that would not have been worth it since it was completely dead) and an upgraded 15 series HVAC unit that was installed and financed in under 24 hours. They also made one house call after to ensure all equipment and thermostats were working as intended. Great group of guys and service I haven't experienced in a long time!
Hi I send these company to clean my ducts and they over charge me. for that job other companies charge $ 150.00 the most, they took advantage of my need and charge me $ 385.00 . I will never used them again, Theft
This company was sent to my house for a service call requested through my Home Warranty company. After determining there was a bigger problem than what they were sent to investigate, they turned in a report that said, "The system was working when they left". The system failed an hour after they left and they would never come back. they told me that they no longer worked with my warranty company after not completing the job. Left me hanging. the warranty company had to send a new contractor to start over. I have been without air now for three weeks because of it and now awaiting parts that might have been available at the time they were originally at my house. Will never use again. Updated: Per your below response. You absolutely did hear back from me, multiple times about the issue. Even though you knew there was a bigger problem to be dealt with, you informed me that it was working when you left and that you were not coming back. then you told me that you would no longer work wit that warranty company effective that day thus leaving me hanging with a broken system that failed to work within hours of you being there. As soon as I contacted the warranty company they sent a new company out to help me.
Our current AC unit was 17 years old and had been acting up for the past 2 or so years. We had Jamie and his US HVAC crew to come out check the old unit and found out we had a board that was bad. They got it up and running till they could install the new unit. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable of the product they installed and trained us on how to use our new thermostat. If you need your unit serviced or replaced don’t hesitate to give US HVAC a call.
When my 21 year old HVAC finally died, I went out and got 5 different contractors to bid a new HVAC install for me. Jamie, with US HVAC Services came back with the most competitive offer and answered every question I had. He was able to promptly install a new HVAC for me within a short time period. I appreciate his responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work that his company stands behind. Overall I'm very happy with the work that was performed and 10/10 recommend US HVAC Services, LLC to others in the North Alabama area.
My Dad had a significant stroke. During this time, my air conditioner unit stopped working. I was my Fathers caregiver in the hospital and did not have time to stop and address it. It is a stressful time to sit in heat, much less facing a challenge in parallel like a life threatening emergency. I called USAVAC services. A serviceman was on the scene within a hour. Then another joined and my AC unit was repaired and even better than new ! It was a tag team effort to get me and my family back to a more comfortable situation during a very difficult time. My Dad is a United States Army Veteran. They understand the importance of respect and value of lives. We are very grateful for the fast, determined, and dependable service we received. 5 Star service!

My AC unit went down due to a burned out fan motor. I called US HVAC Services on a Friday evening, and within an hour of my call I had a service professional come to my house. Jamie was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and did everything in his power to make sure that there was was solution in place before he left. Unfortunately, the needed part had to be shipped, but Jamie assured me that he would track it and let me know as soon as it came in. I know he was on top 9f things because as soon as he knew the part arrived he called me and came right over to install it. Jamie and Derrick had out AC fixed in no time. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone. They are GREAT!!!

US HVAC was very responsive to our needs when we really needed it. They worked directly with our insurance company to make sure we received the service and products that were important. We will call them again in the future if needed.
I've been managing rental properties for over ten years. I've scarcely been treated so rudely as I was this morning by the owner of US HVAC this morning. I called Monday morning to request diagnostics and repair of my property's heat. Tuesday afternoon tenant told me that no one showed. I texted the owner at 5:50 pm Tuesday to ask him why no one had showed. He responded and said he'd forgotten to send someone. Mistakes happen. I get that. What I don't get is when I contacted the owner on Wednesday morning, he said he DID NOT have me on the schedule today, and whined about the fact that I had texted him "after hours". It was before 6pm! One would think that a BUSINESS OWNER would be mildly apologetic knowing that partly because of HIS MISTAKE, my tenant has been without heat for the past three nights. Nope, not this guy! He candidly told me I should now "call someone else". You know what? Anyone reading this should "call someone else" too!
