Cody and Collin were on time. They both were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The split unit installed looks great, cools well and is very quite.

The team members at Integrity Services have been professional, knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and communicative from day one. I’ve had 12+ years in my house of calls to other HVAC companies, but this one is without question the best Heating and Cooling service provider in North Alabama from my experiences. They went above and beyond to identify any issues, provide details and examples, and answer any questions I had. They took the time I needed to get an understanding and also were quick to complete a job well done. I highly recommend this company and appreciate their work. I will utilize them for the critical system maintenance checks at my properties going forward.
A later visit: Thanks to the maintenance plan, Integrity caught and repaired a leak before we ever noticed it. --- Duct repairs & additional insulation These guys did a great job! They were friendly and efficient. They even swept up the little insulation bits before they left.

Jason showed up on time, explained situation very well, quickly fixed the issue and gave great advice to avoid other future issues. We previously signed up for a maintenance contract and warranty fully covered the high quality and professional service
Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and Integrity Services came out on Sunday morning, accessed the problem and got our furnace working temporily. A part that was needed came in on Monday and the furnace has been repaired..
This was a routine HVAC service inspection. Integrity Services are excellent and responsive.
Tech called about arrival time and was on time. He serviced unit and even gave some suggestions as to help keep system running properly.
Ben did a terrific job of servicing our HVAC unit. He was also able to troubleshoot an issue that we’ve been having with keeping certain parts of the house temperate. We’re going to put some more insulation in and seal up a few leaks.
Integrity Services responded to my call f[r repair timely, discovered my compressor died and replaced my compressor in a very timely manner. Technician was very professional, compassionate and efficient. I am definitely recommending their services!!

I don't remember the two young men names but they were very professional and knowledgeable, they completed the job ahead of schedule and answered all questions to my satisfaction, they cleaned up after themselves and you couldn't tell they had even been here. Had my first maintenance visit after installation of my AC unit a few months ago, customer service amazing, with follow up reminders and my technician Michael was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he took time to explain what the visit was looking for and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this company for heating and cooling services.
In addition to duct cleaning and insulation being blown in we had the system aero sealed. The process took the better part of the day and started with three people before I was done a fourth showed up to assist. They were all very hard workers taking time to answer my questions and explaining the process. Very professional group and will recommend Integrity in the future to others.
With the deluxe plan offered by Integrity, my technician came out same day and repaired my fan motor at no additional cost for the service call. The part was under warranty, therefore, I had no out of pocket expenses. I system is up and running, the service technician was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful in my home. Thank you all.
Had new units installed 3-4 years ago. Since it was new, they have had to replace the coil in the downstairs unit once. Thankfully under warranty. Now there's another problem as it is still leaking Freon and they can't seem to find the leak. They are coming back today to put nitrogen in it to help with that. When the tech entered the small space where the air handlers reside, his leg bumped the PVC drain line for the upstairs unit and it broke. I saw him do it but it didn't immediately fall apart so didn't think much of it. After he left I went to check it and sure enough, the pipe was broken, not just cracked. He didn't bother fixing it, but he will today when he comes back and I point out what he did. Not cool. I'm glad they are trying their best to make it right. If the leak is due to their installation, then all will be covered. If not it's on me and this is getting expensive.
Awesome company and experience. I scheduled a call with them for a 2nd quote on a service. Michael was so professional. He took the time to explain everything to me. He answered all my questions. By the end of the call, my mind was at ease.
All the guys were great. It was raining and they took their shoes off each time they came in. They answered all my questions. They got right to work and finish quicker than I had expected. Thanks again
