We decided to use RESIDENTIAL AIR to support an American veteran. The owner Chris and his team replaced our old HVAC system. They also fixed our many ductwork problems that was installed by the home builder incorrectly. Our HVAC is now reliable and much more energy efficient. During a simple fan motor repair they inadvertently incorrectly wired the start compressor resulting in a 2 burnt out compressors. We finally had another company diagnose the HVAC system and find the mistake. During the 1st compressor repair, he did not change out the capacitor, dryer or open and clean the Venturis. He did not acknowledge any possibility of misdiagnosis and tried to charge us for the second repair/replacement even though they were at fault. Stay away from Chris
Our HVAC system went out, Chris came out gave us estimate and within 3 day had a new system installed. They showed up on time with the crew of three people and had to work done by the end of the day and now we’re happy to say we have nice warm air in the AC will blow cold in the summer. I recommend Residential Air.

The two gentlemen were professional they had to speak to my home warranty company and did so very professionally. Residential Air is now my go to HVAC company.

The best ac company hands down. I had three different companies come out to my house with different opinions of what was wrong. I was trying to use a home warranty and it wasn’t working out so I looked at the reviews and knew this was the company to use. They came out same day and quoted me on a new system. My other was 14 years old and had problems for the last year or two so I knew I was going to need another. They got me on the schedule right away and the install was done so fast. I’m know enjoying amazing Ac and have found the company I will use for life! Update* Had an issue with my drain line and they came out right away and fixed it. This is the service you want. People who will help and care about their customers needs.

Roy and Nick were very skilled, knowledgeable and nice. Roy let me watch him through his troubleshooting process and told me how he identified the issue and gave me the costs up front. He likes to educate the customer as much as possible and let them make informed decisions. The AC is running great now and I'm going to use Residential Air LLC for preventive maintenance and repairs from now on. Thanks!
Recommend these guys (and gal) above all others. They showed me options when my HVAC was dying and helped me through the steps when it did eventually die...during a holiday weekend and stretch of 95+ degree weather. Whole new system installed within 1 day. Thanks Chris, Nick and Kim!

The AC in our home went out at 3pm on Thursday June 19, 22. After calling a couple of other companies and getting a firm maybe, we called Residential Air. The office person was so nice and said her guys were hustling to get all their customers taking care of. She said they might arrive around 8pm, but will definitely be there. I was skeptical and resigned myself to a miserable night sleep. The girl called around 8pm and said they're about an hour away from finishing and should be here around 9pm... Hope!! The technicians called at 9pm and said they're on their way... Happy!! Arrived, found the problem (capacitor), fixed it and was standing with us in or kitchen at 10pm enjoying some cold air coming out of the vents in a very warm house. I will be a customer forever!! Thank you all so much for all your hard work on such short notice and really, really after-hours.
