I was very impressed! The man listened and went at the backed up toilet, tub, and shower from the inside to the city sewers. This problem had been going on since we purchased the House January 2022. This is a new house. We were told that it was most likely construction debri. That was by one of the contractors who put in the plumbing. Those contractors never worked from the inside. They would go into our plumbing from the front yard hookup, and work towards the house. This man found a solid hard blockage that he busted apart. Amazing the lines clear all the way to the city sewage!!! It’s clear and I have confidence the problem is resolved. Pricing was very reasonable.

I bought a lil utility/cabin and I needed electricity put in it. I got 3 estimates and I decided to go with MPE Services. What a great company. The electrician Keith Markley explained everything to me from beginning to end. His crew was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They even asked my permission to use outside plug to my house. Keith made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. And they cleaned up Everything! Not a screw nor paper was left behind. So if you’re looking for Great service and Great prices MPE is the right company to choose!!!!!
Dreama always helps me out. Matthew called then arrived on time. Took care of the problems and cleaned up. Wore his shoe covers too! I have to say I was a little shocked by the price but I haven't had any plumbing repairs in a while so I guess they've just gone up.

I've used just about every contractor in Huntsville and Madison. Geoffrey with MPE Services and his team are excellent. Unlike some others they always pick up the phone and provide fast service and do an outstanding job. They are honest and will always fix the issue. 5 stars.

Excellent communication and great attention to details
Brother Bradley called before arriving and arrived when he said he would. Took his time so as to service the generator properly and cleaned up afterwards. Everything was left in excellent condition. Payment process was easy. We purchased the generator from Lowe's but MPE installed it. They did a very professional job. Brother Bradly also took time to tell me how to protect the regulator during extremely cold weather. We will continue to use this company.
I purchased a $12,000 Generac from this company and when I called them to review a problem about the generac tripping out AC breaker they said that our AC was the problem and charged up $155 immediately after we just paid this company $12,000. The quote they gave us for Airconditioner s were almost $3,000 over similarly priced units from other local companies.
Save yourself a lot of frustration and call a different company. We used MPE for several years for numerous HVAC services at our real estate company investment properties. They were great until Brendan left. The new guy has disappeared in the middle of multiple jobs for several days at a time with no feedback of any kind, leaving our tenants without climate control and us wondering what happened and totally ghosted from all communications with him. We’ve had to call other companies to finish the job more than once.
Had an emergency plumbing call and called MPE. They sent Brent to my home right away. He actually really impressed me. Very knowledgeable. Very polite and professional. Very detailed and thorough. Explained what he did and why he did that way. Wasn’t messy and left everything neat and tidy when he finished. He even noticed our toilet was running and was making a noise and asked if we would like him to fix it while he was there. It cost me extra money but that was a good plumber for noticing and a great employee for making that extra sale. I will definitely recommend him to to others.
I've used MPE for both HVAC and Plumbing services. Each time they have been great, and the technicians that came to my house were knowledgeable, answered all my questions and worked with me to find the best solutions for my situation. They are always professional and easy to work with. I believe they are also very up front and honest. My first time using MPE, the emergency tech diagnosed the issue as a bad compressor. The sales person looking over the compressor order wanted to make 100% sure it was the compressor, so he sent another tech out (free of charge and the next day). It turned out to not be the compressor and something much less expensive. This tells me they have integrity and strive to do what's best for their customers.
Brendan and Rob, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Completed multuple HVAC and air vent service in less than 1 hour. Costs was reasonable. Appreciate it.
