I have been with Lee Company for at least 25 years. Recently they replaced two HVAC compressors and associated equipment at my home. It was a 10 1/2 hour day for the two techs doing the installation.They stuck with it on 90 degree weather until completed - in and out of the crawlspace and attic, covering floors and carpets in the house to keep things neat and they had the old equipment immediately removed from the premises. before departing, they showed me how the newly installed thermostats operated. Thanks for transitioning to new equipment in a single day.
Mark, Lee's electrician, answered many of my questions about LED lights and how to choose the brightest . I had several electrical plugs that had stopped working. I showed him a switch in the electrical panel that to me needed to be replace, but he explained that the movement was normal. It had been turned off. Also several other issues were discussed and he fixed them. Mark is a very valuable employee, and I am glad that he was my electrician. WBennett

Really he didn’t do anything but tell me the same thing the restoration man told me I feel I paid $79 dollars for nothing and I need my receipt
The price is all I'm complaining about? The guy who came out was just doing his job,but I was quoted 2500+ to put in a new water heater..I went with another company and got it done for half that.
Frank was our service technician. He performed an annual maintenance check on all of our home electrical panel/outlets. He verified everything was working properly and made some recommendations which we decided to do. He was able to do those updates all in the same visit. Lee Services is a great company for all your home repairs. All the service technicians we've had are professional and very knowledgable. We highly recommend them!
Technician came early and was very polite and professional. Identified the problem quickly. Did not try to up-sale me.
I had duct work changed out and an encapsulation done in the crawl space. They also ran gas lines for new dryer and stove and for an outdoor BBQ. Everyone was very friendly and answered my many questions. It was a pleasant experience. Great job!
Called on Friday and they were willing to come out that day. Showed up early on Monday and they were able to finish the job that day. Joined their monthly plan right then and there. Great company.
Frank found that we didn't have GFI circuits where they were needed, so he installed them. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing and why, which we appreciate.
Yearly maintenance for electrical performed. Technicians were professional and respectful. They were informative and explained what the service included. They also told us about some things that we might consider having done to our electrical sysytem. Overall, very pleased.
The service technicians were courteous, answered my questions thoroughly, honest, and helpful. The customer service representative did not explain the service contract clearly, so the first service technician had to clarify the terms. I still entered the service contract because it is a good deal. The plumbing costs seemed expensive, but I don't have a point of reference.
After using other appliances repair services in area I called lee Co. These are the absolute best in Northern Alabama hands down. Their technical support personnel are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I will call no one in future except Lee co.
Electrician, Frank, and Plumbers, Allen and Josh, were prompt for their appointments. They were professional, courteous and friendly. We were very satisfied with their work, and will be glad to recommend them.

My heat pump went out during an extremely cold Sunday in January. I called Lee Company, they sent someone out that day that could inspect my current system and give an estimate on a new unit. I already knew I needed a new unit, I didn't want to put anymore $$$ into the one I had. They were the 2nd company I called, the first was going to charge me $4,000 more for a new unit and that was after they spoke with a manger to bring the price down. After going over what Lee Company would replace which included some duct work, I was pleased with the cost. Lee Company came out the next morning, completed all the work the same day and cleaned up everything. I am so happy I went with them. My home is more comfortable and at a temp that's much lower than what the old unit was set to. I'd recommend Lee Company to anyone.
Lee Company came out to perform a yearly electrical maintenance service call. As usual they called ahead and showed up on time. Frank the service technician was well versed and very professional. I highly recommend Lee Company.
Unfortunately we went without heat for over 30 days during the coldest time of the 2022/23 Christmas season. The new system was installed incorrectly by the technician and it took 2 others to try figure it out! The Company needs a better oversight and they are trying to set things straight for us. Today 2/7/23 Frank installed Surge Protection and replaced a few light switches. He will finish some more electrical on 2/9/23.
