Service techs seem great and I would give them 5 stars. But the junk they install in your home is ridiculous. Tired of my less than 1 year old HVAC being broken.
I called Hiller with a non operative Blower Fan. The Tech was here within 90 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem - Blown Motor - and replaced it within 30 minutes. Great Service.
Lee was able to come out the same day as I called. Knowledgeable, and fast. Thanks.
I just want to say how appreciative I am of Hiller. I was out mowing my yard today on one do the hottest days of the year in Alabama, and this young man Eric was driving by and stopped and asked to help me. I cannot say thank you enough to him. Hiller will now be at the top of my list to call if my air ever goes out. Companies need more employees like this young man. Thanks Eric and Hiller!

Randy, the technician, showed up on time. He was very cordial, knowledgeable and very professional when answering our questions about what was going on and how to prevent from happening again. Cole (project manager) assisted and both went beyond our expectations checking that everything was working to our satisfaction. Troubleshooting and fixing in one visit.

Very quick response, we noticed issues with our air after 3:30pm on Friday. Came very quickly and was able to get the part and back up running by dinner.

Easy online scheduling. Brian was on time and very diligent in diagnosing the problem. He went out of his way to find a workable replacement for a faulty capacitor. Our a/c was cooling again in no time. Brian also went above and beyond in finding every applicable discount to help defray the cost. We are very happy with the results and will use Hiller again. Likewise we would readily recommend them to others.
