Fast and efficient installation at a reasonable price. Alan kept me up to date and was exceptionally courteous. Highly recommend.
Someone came and checked my A/C quickly. The problem was resolved by the time he arrived and checked the system. He didn't charge me anything and just said to call if the problem happened again. Based on my experience I would call again if I needed to.

The guys were great! Explained and showed me everything, as well as didn’t try to make all the money for the day off of me! That’s saying a lot! If you’ve been burned by other companies charging too much, or trying to make stuff up so they can charge you more, then call Comfort Technology Heating & Cooling.. they will do you right!

Thanks to Comfort Technology Heating & Air - Audio Video the temp in my house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The audio video guy installed several smart features and made sure I knew how to use each one. I highly recommend them.
This company was able to get my air conditioning up and running during the last week of July, on a Friday night, when no one else in the Birmingham area would come out. They quickly located the problem and had it fixed within the hour. Very professional while at my home and very upfront on pricing. I highly recommend Alan and his team.

Alan has serviced my A/C unit on several occasions and provided helpful recommendations, a variety of options and quick turnaround. His knowledge and clear communication eases the burden of having to deal with A/C emergencies in the middle of summer. I know that my service requests will always be addressed in a timely manner and with a positive attitude! Highly recommend!

My unit went out at the end of July. I called Comfort Technology they came out right away Alan said the compressor was bad. My unit was 25 years old so it was a better choice money and equipment wise to replace. This was at 6:00pm in the evening at 8:00am the next morning he showed back up with a new unit and had it installed by lunch. They did an excellent job on the install. If I or my friends need any refrigeration needs I will refer them to Comfort Technology. They do an awesome job. I can not say enough good things about this company.
