Nick with Aux plumbing did a great job on fixing a serious issue with our aging kitchen drain pipes. Nick was on time and very professional and attentive to correcting our problem. He was careful to not make a mess and cleaned up when he finished. I would highly recommend using Nick and Aux plumbing to anyone that is in need of a good plumber.

Had an Aux HVAC tech come out because my system froze up a couple of times. He told me the outside unit and interior coils had to be replaced (well over $10k). Neither are more than 8 years old so called another company to get a second opinion. The condensate line was clogged and just needed to be blown out, ~$100 including their service fee. Don’t call Aux unless you want to be ripped off.
Coming back with parts. After spending an excessive amount of money and still no air we were told we needed a new unit. Left my unit not put back as it was before the technician came.
Walter performed the service on my unit the last time. Great to see him again. Great job done always.
Very efficient and knew his business. Recommendations were just that and not pushed on you. Told you how much longer something could last. Very nice personality!!!
I’m always pleased with AUX but Michael was prompt, polite, and very thorough! I only trust AUX for my HVAC maintenance and repairs and look forward to working with Michael in the future.

Not a good place to work they will use u then fire u it will sound great in the beginning then they will turn expecially the owner Phil smitherman 2 faced guy and u can't get any credit from material dealers because of Phil's lack of paying his debts stay away
My issue is plumbing and leaky water pipelines. Mr. Chris Talley was very professional and knowledgeable.
Walter was very polite and explained everything to me. My system was an old one and leaking Freon. Discussed options with me and had someone come out later to evaluate my needs for new system. I trust and I can always count on Aux for my home service needs.
Everything was great,, was able to keep my ancient system running yet again.
Installed new AC and Furnace system. Christian Wade and his team Matt and Ramel were great. They worked diligently and professionally during the entire installation. This is our second experience with this company and have been pleased both times.
David Jones was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was doing cause I was interested. David took many pictures and even explained things that incorrectly done by another company on my HVAC unit
I’ve been using Aux in the Birmingham area for over 5 years and have only had good experiences all around. Their techs are all top notch and do good work. Some of their top tier equipment and services can be pricey, but you get what you pay for. I’ve gone bargain routes in other situations and have just ended up paying more in the long run anyway. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs heating, AC, or electric.
Really appreciate the service. Very nice. Very professional. Got done what they needed to do and provided me with much needed extra knowledge. Would recommend and use in the future.
