Early! Appointment was for 12-2 David hot here at 9 after calling of course! He is so kind and helpful and patient!!! I lost the key to our unit so my husband had to bring it and he didn’t mind at all. Definitely recommend!
Scott was great. We were optimistic but the truth is we just needed a HVAC conduit reconnected to a floor vent. About 1 1/2 feet of conduit. Maybe an hour of labor at most. They wanted $500. Scott went back to his manager - they wouldn’t budge. I fixed it for about $75. I had to buy 25’ of conduit to get 2 feet. Small jobs are not their specialty. Again Scott was great.

Chris from Brown Heating and Cooling showed up within the ETA I was given, and he was super nice and thorough in explaining what the issue was with my system. He gave me his professional opinion and suggestions, but ultimately asked what I wanted to do, and went with my decision. I think he went above and beyond to make sure I understood what my options were, and what outcomes I would be looking at with each option. I think I made the best choice for me right now, but if my system goes out on me again, I will definitely request Chris!
Chris Popham from Brown heating and cooling came out to give us an estimate on a new system. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He wasn't pushy, and didn't take a long time. He also was not bothered by calculating all the options for me. I highly recommend him for your heating & cooling needs!!
Brandon offered exceptional customer service & displayed superior efforts in his performance to get my dinosaur of a unit up & running again, until provisions are made to purchase a new one. He’s extremely professional, engaging, courteous & willing to go the extra mile. An asset in every sense of the word, for anyone fortunate enough to have him as their employee. When scheduling my appointment, was greeted with the utmost respect & display of integrity. An appointment was immediately scheduled, & true to their word…Brandon, the technician, was as punctual as promised. These guys are very good and honest. They provide quality work and prices. My salesperson David was great. Blake and Mike did a fantastic job installing the new system and thermostat. They saw some things that needed to be updated and fixed it no questions asked. Chris Popham who serviced my systems today was knowledgeable and efficient!

It is very good experience with brown heating and cooling, mike and his helper did a good job taking the old unit out and putting the new one in.
Love that they have a reasonable maintenance plan. 20% off of services with the plan. Got texts and emails to keep me in the loop. Scott was very professional and made sure I understood what he was talking about. Definitely recommend them.
200% would recommend! When I first called this morning the woman who answered the phone was just an absolute delight to speak to. Someone was able to come out within about 3 hours, and he was informative, polite, and professional. As someone who is horrible at remembering to schedule preventative maintenance, I also appreciate the monthly membership option - it’s not expensive and it seems to have some good savings.

Scott was very nice and had normal conversation on top of what he was going to be doing. He fixed the problem and even replaced something that accidentally broke. He also told me about the monthly payments I could do for free service and 20% off of everything that could be needed in the future. I definitely recommend him.
Brown’s is the best heating and cooling company I’ve ever worked with by a long shot. My service provider, David Monk, is as courteous, professional and friendly as anyone I’ve ever had work on my home. I can’t recommend them enough.
