I just recently moved to Birmingham ala and didn’t know who to call when my air conditioner went out, so i googled and read hundreds of reviews. I decided to go with Paradise heat and air, and I’m so glad i did!! You don’t find quality, fast, trustworthy, reasonably priced service like this much these days, but if you’re reading this trust me you want be disappointed!!
Professional, knowledgeable on time and honest. I am completely satisfied and strongly recommend Paradise Heating and Air. The service will pay for itself with the reduction in my utility bill from increased efficiency.
Excellent service on a Sunday afternoon
Wow, same day service on a holiday weekend and a Sunday. Jonathan and his son Trent were very responsive. They addressed the issue quickly and professionally and for a very fair price. I have found my AC guys.
Jonathan was very professional and knowledgeable, with a great personality. I will be doing business in the future with his company. I immediately signed up with the company’s annual service plan.

Jonathan the owner came as soon as he said. He didn’t overcharge me and even said the outside unit didn’t need a coil cleaning. Will absolutely use them again.

Highly recommend! Even though it was the weekend, they were at our house within a couple of hours of us calling to diagnose the issue. We needed a whole new system installed and they made the process simple and got it done extremely fast!

Paradise Heating and Air did a phenomenal job at our house and saved us tons of money. We had a few issues going on including excess dust, high humidity, and a major temp split between upstairs and downstairs due to being on a single system. Jonathan was quick to come out for an assessment and quote. He provided multiple options to fit our needs and budget. There was no pressure from him when it came to us deciding on the right option. He simply educated us on what needed to be done and the pros and cons to each option. The majority of the ductwork was removed including the trunks that were duct board. The trunks were replaced with 12” metal duct and insulated. Two additional trunks of the same size were added. Two trunk lines are dedicated to the downstairs and the other two for the upstairs. Each trunk has an electronic damper that actuates more open or more closed as air is needed between the zones. A zone control board was installed to manage the dampers. An additional thermostat was installed for the upstairs portion of the house. Since this work has been done, we haven’t seen any dust particles floating around the house like before. Our humidity levels went from being in the high 70’s to the mid 40’s. We have ran a dehumidifier constantly over the years that would need to be emptied multiple times a day. It’s been over a week since this work was completed and we haven’t had to empty the dehumidifier once!! The temperature split between floors is nonexistent. Simply set the upstairs to a temp and the downstairs to a temp and the system works flawlessly. Perfect for us having a nursery upstairs set at 70° and our bedroom downstairs set at 68°. Paradise Heating and Air is by far the best around. Great pricing, accurate assessments on what needs to be done, and scheduling is a breeze. Do yourself a favor and call them anytime you need anything HVAC related!!!! Thank you, Jonathan and the whole team at Paradise Heating and Air for everything y’all did for us. I
The most honest hvac company I've seen in decades. They had every opportunity to tell me I needed a new unit, I was 100% sure that I did. Its an old unit and could not keep up when it got really hot. Instead they recommended adding insulation in attic and found some broken duct work.
Called for a service request and got same day service! They were great and very professional.
