Tommy and his team were so fast taking care of my rental property! The original central heating & air system had to be replaced. During this stressful time, Tommy and his team took care of everything. He met with my long term, fantastic tenant around his busy schedule and handled the rental management company perfectly. He went over all my financing options with me. From start to finish, every person at Capital Heating & Cooling was professional & polite. I highly recommend them!

Matthew did an incredible job! Very pleased with the professionalism, hard work, and time he took fixing everything. He was very patient and explained the maintenance and issues our air conditioner was having. Super easy to schedule the appointment online as well.

They went above and beyond to the smallest detail of even ensuring they delivered pristine customer service as it relates to communication and meeting my needs for an available time slot. I think they were very fair and Chad gave his best to ensure I understood the issue with my air. What patience because it all sounds like Greek to me! The owners are very, very involved in ensuring customers receive the very best level of service and care. First class professional service from the estimate through installation of my new Generac generator. All the technicians were outstanding and took care of all aspects of installation, including coordination with the power company and inspection. They installed a home generator. Absolutely everyone that I have come in contact with from the salesperson to office staff to the installation team have been so friendly and thorough. A great experience working with this company. I highly recommend them.
Technician arrived on time. Courteous and friendly. Completed work in a timely manner. Took credit card for payment. Advised me on a possible future dehumidifier installation….and friendly to my dog.
I had an A/C issue in the late evening and was not able to call until 7:00 when they opened. A technician arrived at 8:00, and he was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me as he was handling the repairs. The invoice and payment process was also very efficient and explained in detail.
Capital sent out a highly trained, professional and polite representative for a a follow up on work originally completed by another contractor. As it turned out I didn’t need to have anything replaced or changed but he explained why in detail & Capital has just picked up a lifetime customer
I purchased a Genarac Whole House generator from Capital Heating and Cooling. It's easy to call Cindy and make an appointment for an Annual tune-up. Their Service techs are on-time and fully trained. Based on their track record over the last 3 years I've been impressed and satisfied with everything they've done.

The tech arrived as scheduled and fixed our problems in a timely manner. He was informative and advised us on what needed to be fixed. He was able to get our unit back running in less than 2 hours. Would recommend to everyone!!
Very competent. Diagnosed &, on okay, fixed the problem. Also found an issue that would cause future, more expensive problem &, on okay, fixed that problem. More expensive than I would have liked, but so is everything else these days.
