Price gouging, buyer beware. Get a second or even third quote. Ontime quoted me $1,828 to replace a fan motor and capacitor. At most the motor costs $200 and a capacitor is about $10. I can see charging $600 or $700 to cover parts and labor but not $1,828. Sad part, I used Ontime in the past and did not have this issue. Lost a loyal customer.
Excellent experience. Our AC unit stopped cooling. It was simple to call and schedule an appointment. The technician showed up on time, was very professional, and repaired our AC. The price was reasonable. We'll definitely be using On Time Service from now on.
We were very pleased with Charle's work. He answered all our questions and explained exactly what he would be doing and what the cost would be before he began the work. He was on time and very professional. We would certainly use OnTime Service again.

A fantastic experience all around. Not only was the price less than half of what another company quoted, but he was able to do the installation the same day as opposed to us having to schedule for another time after the quote. He brought in a vacuum and cleaned up the insulation that had fallen from the attic while he worked, going above and beyond to be helpful and professional the entire time he was here. The installation itself looks fantastic and works well!

Professional and removed the clog from my drain. Messy Job but he cleaned up afterward. Should also point out that old pipes can present a lot of challenges but Chase was equal to the task.

Great experience today with Tyler, who installed a 240V plug in our garage. He was able to come out the same day I called (within a couple of hours) to give an estimate and was able to do the installation same day. He also finished in less time than we expected. Again, overall a great experience and would definitely use him again.
My central air unit went out on the hottest day of the year and I called On time service and they were at my home with in a hour and repaired in less than a hour. Great service and lives up too their name On time.
