Great service! Had to a fixed and cooling in no time!
Peter at prime sent two Excellent gentleman that come out to service our unit. Showed us everything that was wrong and where the problem is on the detector. No hidden fee’s or prices. Offered a service plan at an affordable rate monthly or yearly to come out every 6 months to service our unit. Meanwhile, a 15% discount in any service they perform while on the plan. I will be using them for all of our HVAC needs. Very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

They put in a new ac unit and insulated my duct work in the attic today. I have lived in this house for 5 years old ac unit vouldnt go below 74 and would run all day. This unit holds 65 with ease and Temps out my vents is at 49 degrees absolutely amazing. It's a winter wonderland summers well be amazing now. Very professional and friendly. Way above expectations.
Excellent service and customer care. I've went through two different hvac companies and they couldn't get my smart thermostat working correctly. Prime HVAC came in and reinstalled it for me and even explained how to work it and even told me why and how it does certain things that was causing issues from before. They have a monthly service plan that I also signed up for. Great company, definitely worth calling.

Called them and they came from dothan to ozark same day service and fixed an issue that my local handyman could not handle.. Very friendly staff he deserves a raise, he was professional and solved my thermostat/AC system issue within an hour for 79 bucks. I will certainly call them if I ever have another issue with them. Excellent work.
Our heater/AC went out a few days ago and it’s quite old. They had to order the parts so it took a couple days but the new motor and fan is cooling down the house very fast. If anything else ever goes wrong at least we know who to call.
Arthur and Payton came out and did a did a service and cleaned out the drain line on my hvac system. Both were very professional, friendly, helpful and informative. I decided to go with the 6 month maintenance plan to help cut down on any issues in the future. Thanks guys

I wish I could give this company more stars! My husband and I recently closed on our dream home, only to find that a pest control company destroyed the ductwork under our house during a crawlspace encapsulation. The dirt and dust being pulled through the system was making my children and I sick and we had to move out. I called several AC companies, and none of them wanted the job because of the size of it and the fact that they would be dealing with the pest control company’s insurance for payment. Prime HVAC took on the job, dealt directly with the pest control company, and exceeded my expectations with a timely repair! I cannot say enough good things about the integrity of the people that work for Prime HVAC. Thank you for getting us back in our dream home!!
