Received a competitive quote for 2 new Heat/AC replacement for our home. When the installer would not set up drain as quoted my husband voiced his concerns. Within 2-3 weeks the drain did Not work and we came home to 2 rooms of hardwoods flooded! We called and their supervisor came right, was nice, took pics and assured us it would all be taken care of! Next morning they came reworked the drain to the quote specs and again assured us they were good for damage! NOPE - more than 7 months later, multi phone calls, text repeatedly sent w pictures as they seem to keep misplacing them, supervisor doesn’t work there any more. The nice lady on the remembers whole situation and emails sent! No interest in doing the right thing... so good price w these people get you a good product but absolutely not interested in doing right thing due to poor workmanship!!!! Beware.
I’ve always worked with this company but last week I called to make an appointment and the staff is completely new. Gone are the ones that I so trusted with my restaurants and families homes. They treated my parents exceptionally well but I made my appointment with another company in Dothan because I’d rather spend my money using a company that understands the importance of employee/customer relationships. I spent more money here because I knew I would be taken care of by the former employees. Shame on you, Mr. Frost, for letting the few good technicians and office staff that we’ve grown to love and trust walk out of your doors. I’m sure they went to bigger and better. What a bad decision you made! I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
Horrible secretary had an attitude just because I asked a question and hung up on me rudest people.
This is the best Air Condition company.. Give them a try you will be glad you did..
Frost Air & Refrigeration is a great AC Service I called them to repair my Air Conditioning Unit they did that and did charge me what they quoted me on the phone for a service call and fixed my Refrigerator at no charge Thank You Frost Air
