Servicewoman Claire got an attitude when she broke something during the installation and wanted me to pay for it. Stormed off and left my door wide open.

I called several AC companies and they all wanted to replace my central ac unit. Clay came out and said he felt he could rebuild it at a fifth of the cost. That was three years ago and the unit still works perfectly. I could not ask for better or more professional service.
