Came out for an emergency ac repair in 96 degree and fixed it in less than half hour. Appreciate their help!
We had AC issues last summer and they were able to get to the house in a couple days - compared to the 2 weeks another company estimated. Called them again for another issue this week. They had a tech out the same day, ordered a part, and the following day had our AC working again. Efficient and amazing with communication/updates.

I called to get on their schedule to inspect & service the HVAC system at a new house. I was told they would call me. Unfortunately, I have not received a call back.

This company is very knowledgeable and their technicians are always friendly. They are prompt, and will try their best to fit you into the schedule for emergencies. They do a great job of explaining the problem to you as well, so that you know exactly what's going on. The ladies that answer the phone are always sweet and understanding. The price is fair for the amount of work that goes into the job. Great people to work with
It has been a Wonderful experience having used Snellgrove & Caylor for my HVAC overhaul. Starting from the beginning David Caylor coming to give me an estimate and personally calling me back the next day with pricing, then Nicki helping me set up my Financing part in less then 10 minutes. D.J. And his “Crew” of 2 others worked Hard replacing all my Ducts in a hot Attic & replaced my HVAC system and were the Best ! Always Courteous, professional & Clean! I will be using Only Snellgrove & Caylor in the Future!!
A testament to a good company is that they don't have any open appointments until 3 months from now. I talked to the receptionist and she was very friendly but told me that they are swamped and are not taking any new customers. I asked when I could get an appt. and she told me that they can't take any new customers until November. Always be wary of a company that can immediately take a job. There's probably a reason for that. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I couldn't get service!

Can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am at the personal care we received. It would be a real long story but let's just say that they went out and beyond the call to ensure our air conditioner got repaired in timely manner. We had to wait for some parts, but even then they borrowed some parts from our basement unit to fix our upstairs unit to ensure we were comfortable until the final repairs could be made. When the parts came in they even made some adjustments to their busy schedule too make sure my repair was done without conflicting with my work schedule. WOW, great service!!! Many thanks! By the way, they installed our system back in '04. We have only had to call them four times in 17 years but they have been great each and every time.
Very friendly people. I was there to present a photo and plack for their work on the Wiregrass Wounded Veterans Handicap House on Lake Tholorcco, Ft Rucker, Alabama which was donated to the Army.
