JNB placed a chain link fence in my backyard as well as a deck and a screened in porch. They did a wonderful job. Their crew was on the money. I like their work so much I just hired them again to fix an electrical issue as well as mount a TV and a Mantel on my fireplace. I plan on using them for future projects.
After 3 attempts to contact Angelique Gaeta to schedule an appointment I finally got one. Unfortunately they failed to show up, or even contact me afterwards to apologize or reschedule. Guess business is booming and the no longer need new remodeling job's. They might do great work, but I will never know. I do know the customer service and customer relations is not up to the task.
I'm getting ads from them in Florida, but FL DoS sunbiz.org does not show the company as registered in the state of Florida to do business. The owner provided individual contractor license numbers for building, plumbing, and the licenses show on FL DBPR as out of state licenses. Pretty shady....

Had a couple issues with scheduling, but they made up for it. They showed up on time and completed all needed tasks.

Very knowledgeable, timely and professional. Arrived on time, didn’t sit around, cleaned up after themselves every day and requested walk arounds after the jobs were completed. We had them come to repair the damage caused by previous contractors who did not do the jobs correctly in the first place and the house was subjected to years of water damage from rain getting inside the house. They replaced and repaired the damage and construction errors permanently. We have several more projects and they will be the only contractors coming back to our property.

Hi, I am really pleased with the job these guys has done replacing my old roof. They were prompt and professional. They left my yard clean and nice looking after job done. The price is reasonable. They are not trying to screw you. Would definitely recommend this company to do the roofing jobs.
Hice la llamada solicitando sus servicios para pedir estimado, le envió documentos del seguro de la casa para que miraran el estimado que hicieron los del seguro. Llamo a la oficina de jnb y no contestan, llamo al dueño y le pregunto si van hacerme el trabajo ya q no eh recibido respuesta hacia 2 semanas, dice que me enviaron el estimado y le digo que nunca me enviaron nada, me pide mi email y me dice q esta llegando a la oficina que me lo va a enviar rapido que llegue, de esto ya va una semana y nunca envió el estimado. Mal servicio. Si tienen tanto trabajo miren su agenda bien, no dejen a uno perdiendo el tiempo pudiendo buscar otra compañía que si este dispuesto hacer el trabajo.
All of the guys and Ladies was very professional. They were always polite and worked hard to meet our deadline to be finished by thanksgiving. 20 days. They never complained about working till late at night. We would highly recommend JNB. Jorge was on the ball.
JNB Services is great! We called them after a very unprofessional contract company failed miserably. JNB came in, assessed the project and was able to successfully complete it in less than two weeks. The quality of their work and the professionalism of the management of the project is what everyone considering a project deserves. We all work hard for our money and so do they. There was no waste of materials, no hidden fees, no schedule slippage, and no price increases. I highly recommend them!
Delayed timelines. Bad communication. We called setup an appointment to have a previous job (different business) that was done wrong corrected. They are extremely busy. It took a two week turnaround for an estimate of work to be completed (an epoxy floor with flake). One of the workers came to our house and helped us. (Granted this after was after multiple messages) It took another week+ to receive an estimate back (which was more phone calls and messages after a week). We approved the estimate and scheduled a potential date. (At this rate I just wanted to get on their calendar). A week later from this we were finally told they couldn’t do the job estimated for the price and were left hanging. I asked for additional info and didn’t receive any. All in all, initial experience good with subpar follow through, poor communication, and delayed timelines. It took them 4+ weeks just say no. They are hard to get in touch with. You’ll be bounced back and forth from the number registered on google to another number who schedules the jobs. It was quite a pain/hassle to talk with them.
These guys are awesome.. 5 stars doesn't even come close to the work they do..there own time,they ask before just doing the project, they are just wonderful it's excellent, professional,clean work..And being a previous contractor myself.. I look and no flaws, just a plain house turning into my Baby Mansion..
My house was in such terrible shape. The paint was old and no longer protective. All the boards around the bottom of the house were rotting. I called 3 contractors. 2 of them talked down to me and patronized me. 1 of those 2 started out with one bid and increased it 2 more times! None of the reasons for the price increases made logical sense and I told them I believed they were trying to take advantage of me because I was a woman. Then, I remembered that I had met Lynette who had told me of her brother's contracting company. I called her and worked with Jorge who had wonderful ideas that I had not previously considered. He gave me a quote, which was in the price range I felt the job would cost from the beginning. There were some bumps along the way, but that happens with all jobs. Each time, the problems were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had them for a second job inside my home and will post another review with pictures of that. You can't go wrong with this company! Edit for interior work: Thank you for my beautiful interior remodel of the dining room, hall, and touch-up of my bathroom. Eduardo and the crew did a fantastic job! My favorite part is when they tuned that hideous beam into an interesting and lovely architectural accent, then continued that look down the hall to make it a cohesive look. I wish I had more before pictures. The ceiling was that awful popcorn and was in bad shape. It was also not level. When they finished, it was beautiful!
JNB has great services. I am happy with the outcome and JNB walked me through the process and made me their priority in the project. The kitchen remodel looks fantastic.
I needed to replace my roof due to hail damage and JNB really pulled through. They were very responsive and got the job done very quickly. Thank you SMMMM
Contacted them to come by and give a quote, was given a date and time by the Secretary. Then received texts at 1130 at night changing the appointment and then they never showed up to the appointment they changed it too Was given the excuse that they had a new appointment system and they didn't know how it worked. Scheduled again and another no show. Pathetic customer service thety try ro communicate through text. I would not recommend at all.

Will never use them! Undependable and discourteous! Initial appointment was scheduled and after 40 minutes of being late I called them to see if they were lost and was informed that they would be another 25 minutes arriving. I told them I would not wait any longer. At that point I was spoken to discourteously and told that they had plenty of work.
