Fast and courteous service, knowledgeable and good customer service.
Kelly’s is “the” most dependable company in the area. Over the past 20 years any issue I had was corrected/repaired within 30 to 45 minutes. Both John and JD are very professional, experienced, committed and very courteous. Highly recommend!
Outstanding customer service! Mr. Kelly was able to get my new air conditioning unit and have it installed within the week! He also was able to upgrade my electrical system to code as well as install new registers to direct the cool air across the room. He was also $10,000 less than the next lowest quote. He also was able to come fix a minor issue the same day I called. Highly recommended.
I have used Kelly's for years and I highly recommend them. No matter what I call them for they always manage to fit us in to their already busy schedule. John is a rockstar!

I had Mr. Kelly come out to quote an HVAC replacement. While he was at my house he noticed the fan on my unit was turning the wrong way. He fixed it on the spot and saved me thousands of dollars. Great experience all around

John has been my A/C guy for well over 15 years. He has always went the extra mile whether it was fixing my units or performing regular maintenance. Kelly's is the best by far in the surrounding area. He won't lie to you and start selling you a bunch of parts for your unit. Now you still need a new unit and you already sunk and threw 100s of dollars away. I know, I did that with one of the big well known companies. I've dealt with many of the larger names. And all of the ones I dealt with were there to get as much money out of a single woman they could get! I grew up helping my father put in furnaces and boilers. And Kelly's reminds me of my father's integrity. Always looking for the best and inexpensive way to help people out. So if your looking for the best heating and air conditioner contractor? Call Kelly's, he is the best of the best! And he won't sound like a used car salesman like the larger companies do. You'll get honest and the best quality of work from a man with integrity. I know from past experiences, the big companies can't give you that!!! Thank you Kelly's for a great air conditioner and heat pump, that's still going strong!
