Very fast and reliable service. They’re my first call when I need AC and heat work done. They have saved me money on several occasions.
Responded to a not cooling call. Approximately (10) months ago, the system went flat and technician was not able to find the tiny leak. Recharged at that time with dye and this time used the black light and found the leak. Replacement coil is on order.
I would recommend Turn Key to anyone. They were responsive and came out the next day. Fixed my A/C quickly and didn’t over charge. Thanks so much for your help!
Loved my experience with them! I wasn't home when they arrived but they arrived very quickly on a Friday afternoon and took care of the issue without me even being there. I will definitely be using them going forward.
Top notch service! When the technician was done I instantly programmed them into my phone for future services. The technician was great good customer service didn't overcharge me the company worked me into the schedule when I had an emergency very good customer service they provided me. I will be calling with any of my AC needs.

My AC had been off for a week. The heat & humidity were making my Parkinson's act up Really Badly. During that time, I was scrambling to see if I could scrape enough money to get it fixed, (thinking I would need a lot more than I did. When I called I talked to a wonderful lady named Francis. She eased my fears about money right away. She assured me that someone would be out that day. Logan came to check everything out & fix it. He asked questions, listened & reassured me, he would get it fixed. It was fixed so well that it was freezing if the temp was set below 80. Thinking that my charges would be $500--$1,000. The charges were just shy of $200. Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow! Thank you Turn Key! I will use y'all for any of my HVAC needs!! I promise I will recommend y'all to everyone I know or who mentions they need someone like you. The highest award i give is an Angel Award. Francis office Angel, Billy (the owner), & Logan (my Knight in Shining Armor). Turn Key HVAC has my Angel Award for ever!!

Very professional and honest
I purchased a new build in December. The builders used this company for HVAC for my house. I noticed immediately that the grills/vents were not the correct size. It took about a month to get someone out to take a look. When the person came out in February, he stated that everything was fine, although it wasn’t. He changed a few grills and said he’d come the next day to fix others. He took one grill off, leaving it open. He never came back. It stayed off for about a month. In March, I scheduled for them to come back out. After three no shows, I spoke with Nathan. I’m told him about my issues and he came out a few days later. He also noticed the other grills were not correct. I told my builders, but they said it was up to the HVAC company to fix it. I called back to schedule another appointment to get them to measure them. Someone came out to my house, measured the grills, and corrected majority of them. There’s still one more I have concerns about. Hopefully they’ll come back out soon so I can enjoy my new home. Now I’ll have to get the builders back out to correct the drywall from the grills that were incorrect.

My 2yr old unit wasn't blowing cold air at all. Called up our warranty company and Turn Key was assigned to us. Jarrod came out and did a phenomenal job! He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and very informative. Fixed what was wrong in a snap and told me things to watch out for. Definitely will request him again for any future needs!
I love these guys, and I would never use anyone else!
