Great Fast Service and reliable .
O goodness where do I start. We found Colton online when our AC randomly stop working. His reviews caught my eye and I can definitely see why. We called him kind of late and he answered thank goodness and told us he would be out first thing the next morning and he was. He was on time, very nice and got the job done quickly. He even wore a mask. Definitely our new AC guy. Would recommend to anybody.
He fixed What was supposed to have been installed correctly in the first place. He also showed me what to look for in case I had any future problems. Very respectful and just a high quality person.
Can’t say enough about Colton. Super friendly and professional. Came right over to look at the unit and was able to squeeze my repair in the same day around other appointments. Honest and up front about the cost- which was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use again.
Fast and efficient!
Colton Lombardy was easy to work with and quick to communicate. His estimate came in a lot lower than others... And while sometimes that can be a bad sign ("exactly what are you going to leave out?"), He gave GREAT SERVICE and everything was exactly as I expected it to be.

There is no reason to search for anyone else, if you want a good, efficient system, or need an honest opinion to diagnose a problem, use Colton. He will save you time and money, with the same labor and parts warranty as all the other top HVAC contractors in the area.

Colton is awesome! He works hard, knows what he's doing, and is the most honest HVAC repairman and person you'll ever deal with. He doesn't try to stick it to you when you're in a time of need (cause we all know we need that AC during these hot and humid Alabama summers.) He shows up ASAP and gets the job done. Him and his wife are just friendly, great people to deal with. Highly recommend L&S Heating and Cooling to everyone!
Colton arrived when he said he would and walked me through every step of diagnosing and resolving the problems. (There actually were two.) He came to a point where the fix had two options with one considerably more expensive than the other. Some companies would simply have pushed for the expensive option, but not Colton. I do appreciate the honesty.
On a routine service visit, another heating and air company told me that there was a hole in my furnace which was leaking carbon monoxide and that it would be several thousand dollars to replace it. I needed a second opinion. When Colton came to do the repairs he found out that the unit was still under warranty AND it turns out there really wasn't a hole in it after all. Saved me thousands!! You won't find a more honest, hardworking person.

Colton Lombardy and his wife work hard to have a business that reflects their values. He is a very positive guy, and does great work. He helped us troubleshoot and figure out the problem with our unit, and we went from thinking we were going to have to replace the unit to it being a small fix that got us through another year!
