Brand new house and on the first shower the shower basin filled up with water. Called Groff's and they sent Stan out. Stan couldn't have done a better job. He immediately identified a rag was left in the drain by the tile contractor. Rag removed and shower drained properly. Stan also identified a very low water pressure issue. He corrected the issue and now we have great water pressure. Groff's has my business.

We needed a total bathroom remodeling and decided to use Groff's Plumbing. We contacted them and spoke with John Erb. He guided us through the process with professionalism. The remodel was started in timely manner. James and Bubba came and started the demolition. They told us everything they were doing and kept us very informed. They cleaned up every night and were very efficient and professional. James did an excellent job and the end result was truly amazing. James worked the last two days alone and did an excellent job even cleaning my floors every evening before he left. I would definitely used Groff's again if the need ever arose.

My husband and I had been wanting to redo our bathroom for years but we didn't know who to trust. Then one day in November 2021, I was running a race on the Appalachian trial in Maryland and met James, who works with Groff's. No one wants to come home to saturated carpets, but alas I did. Groff's technician, James, not only got me fixed up the same day but did it MOST efficiently! My water heater is in such an awkward place and he managed to pull it out and get an even bigger one in! I couldn't be more pleased with his performance! We had our heat quit the week of Christmas so I called down to Groff's with some questions. Kim took my call and helped answer all of my questions but also suggested I talk with a manager (Dan). Dan called me back very quickly and helped to navigate me thru furnace warranty and let me know that they had the part that was needed in stock and could be out to our house the next day. I called back after hours that night and had a phone call to me by 6:45AM the next day(told them didn't need after hours repair just a call) A technician was scheduled to our house for that afternoon and we were back up and running less than 24 hours after our heat stopped working. Our service technician Mr Palmer called me on his way to us, had a wonderful personality, and had us fixed up very quickly. Kim and Dan at the office were so professional, kind, and helpful. I would highly recommend Groff's to anyone!

The technician repaired my shower valves, a sink valve and replaced a part in the toilet. Zion, the technician, was very efficient, informative and friendly. I’ve already recommended him & Groffs to my neighbors!

Jose and Bubba came to install a shower( handicap) . They were on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job with the cleanup once they were done. I would definitely recommend Groff.

I had Groff's out to my house for a mainline sewer backup, and I'm so glad I gave them a call. I had another well-known local plumbing company out to my home the previous day. They said the line could not be opened and needed a complete sewer line replacement. The one company quoted me 18k and needed to know by the next day to begin the work.

I called Groff's for an estimate on the sewer line replacement. They gave me a substantially better price but told me they believed the backup issue could be resolved without a replacement. The plumber used his drain cleaning equipment and cleared the line. It has been over a year since this backup, and I have not had a sewer line issue. I saved almost $18,000 because of Groff's knowledge and honesty.
