We had an emergency over the weekend with water leaking from our central air unit. I called on Monday morning and spoke to Tracy, who was able to get a technician out that afternoon. Chris Macnair and his partner came out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem right away. He replaced our old piping, and now we are able to tell if the pipe gets clogged. Chris and his partner also cleaned out the pipes and the outside unit and replace a part,
that they noticed was starting to get weak. I was very pleased with their work and the response time from Comfort Aire. I am so glad we chose Comfort Aire to come out and fix our unit. I will definitely recommend this company to friends, family and neighbors! Thank you!

New comfort for older townhouse! Matt and crew did a great job installing a 3 zone mini-split with 2 wall units and one ducted unit in the attic. Amazingly quiet and comfortable. Installers were professional and took pride in doing neat work and cleaning up. Matt was great to work with and the only contractor that actually measured and thoughtfully considered the correct solution. Highly recommend this local business!

Their estimate was considerably lower than the other two we received and the installers were clean and professional.

Prior to hiring Comfort Aire to install my heat pump/air conditioning system, I got three estimates for the job. This is standard practice for me. I was surprised that their estimate came in the lowest. I thought that the company I've dealt with for 16 years would be lower. I had a good conversation with the owner, Matt, during the estimate process, and felt confident that the job would be done correctly. His installers arrived on time, and completed the heat pump/air conditioner installation in about 6 hours. They were friendly, professional, and took care to wear boot covers when they entered my home. They also wore masks when inside, and I was thankful, because my wife has asthma. The system has been working well for about 6 weeks, so I'm happy with the installation. The installers did a nice job with my unit, everything is as it should be. I have no complaints, whatsoever, and I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Matt, Tracy, and the entire Comfort Aire team have repaired, installed, and serviced our residential HVAC systems for over 25 years and have always been there for us and have done great work. We count on them and they always come through!

Matt and Tracy went above and beyond - exceeding all expectations. We woke up last Friday morning, when it was 20 degrees or less, to find we had no heat. Long story short, we needed a new furnace that, due to the weekend, was not available to be installed until Monday morning. When I explained that we did not have an alternative heat source and were watching our grandchildren over the weekend, Tracy spoke to Matt and said they would reimburse us if we purchased space heaters. Problem was, I was not getting home from New Jersey until 10 PM and my husband was in meetings until after 5:00. Tracy offered to get the heaters for us and deliver them to our home - which she did. We have never been disappointed with the service that Matt and Tracy have provided over the 18 years that we have worked with them. Plus, Ryan and his assistant were extremely courteous, friendly and diligent as they removed our old furnace and installed a new one. Could not have asked for a better experience. The space heaters kept our home very warm and prevented the possibility of pipes bursting on some of the coldest days this year. Many thanks to Matt, Tracy & their team!!!

Had both an air conditioner and furnace replaced. All done in one day. First electric bill showed a 29 percent savings over prior year. Pricing was very affordable. Highly recommend.

Working with Dave from Comfort Aire was an absolute pleasure. He detected an early carbon dioxide leakage from our heater, ensuring the safety of our family while installing a new heating system which we are very pleased with. Great service & extremely satisfied! I recently woke up in my house with no heat. I picked up the phone and called Comfort Aire about my issue, explained to them what was happening and they sent someone out immediatley. They were able to service my furnace right away and fix the issue even though it wasn't one of their units. They really came through when I needed them. I have also used Comfort Aire in the past for my AC unit and they were the lowest priced and provided a great service. I will continue to use these guys in the future and would recommend them to family & friends.
