Very unhappy with with lack of information and service. Just built new home and installed a Geothermal system which is a greater cost upfront. Was never walked thru system, no info left about system. I was never asked about options on thermostats, they just installed a basic one. I have a split zone system and again not a word about system. At least they left a manual on the HVAC unit but think it was an mistake. Had a leak that took three times to fix. I have no Idea on Warranty, was just told to go on line to Climate Master and register. That was a month 1/2 after we moved in. I have no idea if Advance air give a warranty or even service packages. No one has spoke to me, the only thing I have been told is not to go to anyone else for service work or it will void your warranty. Their is more but it has been a very disheartening experience for us. To spend the money for Geo and then basically be shown the system in the basement and told there it is, that it.
