The employee came out and looked at my unit, unable to find where the motor is after a minute of looking and then said “I can’t find it I’m sending someone else out.” No real explanation and was going to have me wait even longer for someone else to come out. Very unprofessional. I told Christian Heating and Cooling directly that I don’t want someone else coming out and fixed the problem myself.

Christian provided a quote for a new heating and air conditioning unit. The price was very competitive and they were very responsive in coming over the same day after I called. The representative explained things clearly and took his time to make sure I understood the system performance, rebates and other features.

$330 for a capacitor to be replaced!? This is robbery!! It’s a $20 part that takes 10 minutes to install.

What a horrible thing to do to a long time customer. The service technician was super helpful and very nice, but I don’t know how you can get passed being ROBBED…

My appointment was for maintenance of heating system. Two professional and friendly technicians asked about any concerns, took their time to definitively respond to my questions and proceeded to perform a routine maintenance on air handler. They installed/replaced needed part for condenser fan that was not working optimally. I am very pleased with the service, and feel confident in my decision to purchase a maintenance contract with Christian.
