Christian Heating & Air Conditioning has polite, professional and well-trained technicians. Dan Kotarski was the technician today. He went over and above what is typical for a Maintenance Agreement visit. I trust this company's tech's opinion and advice. They may recommend some future needed repair but never pushy about things. Very easy to deal with.

Had a appointment last night to get a quote on replacing two HVAC systems. No one showed up at the scheduled time, I waited 30 min to allow them some time to get there before calling the office. It took 45 min to get a return call from the office and I was provided 3 different excuses on why they didn't show, including one that said it was my fault. I had planned on using Christian after a family member and friend both had good experiences with them, I'll be looking elsewhere.

I've been using Christian Heating & AC for approximately 25 years, and I love this company. Great service and professionalism from the office to their Techs! Today I had Joe Pinkney (Technician) to preform my annual AC tune-up. I've had Joe in the past and he is a true professional and a gentleman. Thank you very much Joe!!

Dan our service person was absolutely amazing. He took his time & explained everything he was doing thoroughly. I would highly recommend Christian & I hope you get Dan.

I had a whole home humidifier installed today and the service was amazing. Scott really took his time making sure it would fit and work with my system then spent 4 hours installing it carefully and perfectly. I was quite impressed with his expertise and patience as he worked. I'm glad he served in the forces and i thanked him for that. Great work!

This company does not deserve the high ratings. I have tried to use their services on several occasions and have been disappointed every time.

I recently bought my home and wanted to schedule a routine maintenance appointment - just to take a deep dive into the system and see what, if any, preventative maintenance items we needed to address. I tried calling the "24-hour" office line. No answer. I left a voicemail. No call back. So I made an appointment online through their website. No call, no email. No one showed up. Nothing.

More recently, I tried their services again because our boiler is struggling to maintain temperature during the cold winter nights (we have a newborn). Someone came out to do a checkup but did not address the root problem. I was informed that I would need a new part and possibly replacement of the entire system. The technician told me I would get a quote for the replacement part the next business day. The technician also scheduled me for an analysis about replacing the entire system. The technician scheduled the follow-up appointment and I actually spoke with their scheduler to set up the appointment (less than a week later). The follow-up appointment was also reflected on my invoice. We eagerly awaited that appointment so we could make a decision about how to proceed.

The next few days came and went. No quote on the replacement part, and no call. We waited until the day of the scheduled in-person appointment. No call to tell me a tech was on their way. I called the office and they confirmed I was on the schedule but, incredibly, I was told that no one was coming out for the appointment. They asked if I was willing to reschedule. Ha. Given their repeated unreliability, I did not do so. Suffice it to say, we are now scrambling to find another company to do the work (that we already know needs to be come) as the issue needs to be corrected asap.

So to summarize. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Poor customer service. Would not recommend. Will not be using their service ever again.

Andrew told me exactly what he was doing getting our AC unit ready for summer. When he was through, he sat with us and gave us tips on how to keep our unit in its best conditioning. He only left when we didn’t have any questions left unanswered

Ruben was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and kind. It was a pleasure speaking with him about the much needed new HVAC system for my house.

Our technician, Dan, did an amazing job. He diagnosed our problem and fixed it same day - even waiting around for a part to be delivered. We can’t express our pleasure enough for the service Christian (and Dan) provided.
