I had another company come earlier for an evaluation of my problem. It was going to cost $3500 to repair. He said if that wasn’t the problem, I would need to replace the whole furnace and a/c units. Then Christian came and did a more thorough inspection and was able to replace a completely different part for $350. I am so thankful that I had Christian come out! Saved me thousand of dollars!!

Kevin showed up within the allotted time frame and was friendly professional and courteous. Performed the check up in a timely manner and left no mess. Had to replace a part on the outside AC unit but explained it in great detail so I understood what was going on. Thanks for the great job.

He also informed me about the business side of maintaining my HVAC equipment as well as the health benefits to my family. This was especially important because we have a few asthmatics in our home. Mark did a nice job explaining what the new AC system would consist of and the type of equipment that would work the best with our present heating system. We have used them in the past and they are very reliable.

The tech will send message when on way to house. Very polite and friendly. The tech explained what his was doing and how system is running. Asked if I had any concerns before leaving.
