Today was the heat check up. Joe noticed an issue with the water heater expansion tank and repaired it the same day. Saved me a service call fee. Awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

A return visit from Mark today. He was professional and informative. However since this visit pertained to the repair done a few days ago, I was not happy about paying a $40 service fee.

Return visit for heater thermostat. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service.

Was able to come a day earlier than expected which was amazing. I have a complicated old home. They did a great job. Thanks again. Only plumbers I ever used in the past and will keep on using.

The Essig employee, Carl, came out for our annual A/C check-up. He was professional, friendly and suggested an upgrade to prevent wear and tear on the system and to extend it's life. As always Essig provided great service.

My technician Matt was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and showed great integrity. I'll always stick with a company that knows how to hire and keep the right people for the job. I have not had one single bad experience with any of the Essig techs. All great people.

Darren did a great job! He explained everything, showed me the right way to clean the filter and gave me a comprehensive status of the air conditioner (inside and out).

Phil was courteous, answered any questions that I had. The job was done in a 1/2 hour. Also, I would like to say "thanks" for the phone call on Saturday, since the job was first thing Monday morning - saved a surprise!!

The men were prompt, respectful, professional and explained our new system so we knew how to use it correctly. They cleaned up the work area and left it the way it was before the installation. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for our furnace cleanings also.

Jarred kliensmith and his co worker were outstanding . They installed a new furnace and new air conditioner for our business. The installation was excellent and Jared and his co worker (sorry forgot co worker name ) was supper nice and friendly
What was awesome is we counting running our business while they did the installation.
