Very professional, very thorough, excellent value. Never heard of any complain whatsoever about this outfit. It might look a little more expensive than competitors but they are worth EVERY single penny. Every single technician who did work at our home was exceptional both technically and personally

I pay for the monthly gold service that's $15/month. With that being said I realized my water heater was leaking and called Essig right away. Due to having this service I had a plumbing check included . They sent someone out same day to diagnose the problem. A representative from Essig even called me to let me know when they'd be on there way. My technician, Joel, did some checking and he and his partner were able to provide me with a new water heater right away! The communication with this company is superb. They did a great job and I would highly recommend.

Essig is the best! They were kind, knowledgeable, and timely. They really helped us navigate purchasing a new system for our home and laid out all of the options that would be best for us. They were so thorough upon installation, I never thought a furnace could look so good! Thank you so much, Essig, for going above and beyond! You certainly have a lifetime customer!

I have used Essig for around 6-7 years now. They always are very nice and work to resolve any issues I have with my AC / Heating. They installed new water heater, Heater core, central AC, and gas lines. I appreciate Essig coming out quickly today to resolve a no cooling problem I had with my unit.
