Carl was a great tech! Showed up relatively early in the day when the service window was 8a-4p. Very professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and helped in cleaning my outside AC unit. Highly recommend!!

Joseph was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through what he would do to troubleshoot the issue. Let me know every step of the way what he had found and gave me options for how to resolve the issue. He patiently answered all my questions and was very respectful of my house, my things and my dogs. I would definitely recommend Essig and will be using them again.

A company may get millions of calls about the service and or product and must handle each one well. I have worked with other companies and I have not found one that can meet my standards as in the way Essig has. I would recommend Essig to my family and friends. Jared my technician is the most knowledgeable and answers all my questions with the most honest answers.

I bought a new (older) home and the basement drain backed up the weekend of Memorial Day. I called Sunday night and Essig arrived Tuesday. Explained everything, offered options, got the drain cleared right then and showed me the cleared drain on camera. They explained their service plan and I signed up. Next, had the AC unit serviced. 30 year old, rusty, noisy AC unit will be replaced tomorrow. Next, ceiling showed new signs of a water leak. They will be here next week to fix that. Everyone I have talked to at the company, or who has come to my home, has been knowledgeable, takes time to answer all questions, pleasant and watches to be sure my cats don't get out! Thank you Amanda, Ron, David, Ryan, Jon, Phil and all of the guys who came with you, I appreciate all of you!

Darren was wonderful! He explained everything he did and offered several suggestions to help prolong the life of our heat pump! Couldn't be happier with Darren and ESSIG!

I had my water heater replaced and my main water line worked on. The water heater replacement was great. We had an issue with my main water line and they came back to fix it at no charge. They did a wonderful job and I am very impressed.

The worst experience of my life, they tell you that they can fix it and then they don't work out. They told me that they resolved me in 203 and after they start they tell you that it is more money to complete the job and then they do not plast
