Called Derrick at 8:30am, he was able to come out same day. Very prompt, schedule 1-3pm and was here 12:55pm. Very knowledgeable and explained everything throughoughly. Took time to explain what to expect maintanence wise for a 20 year old furnace and did not try to sell any unnecessary repairs or new furnace. We are new to the Monroeville area and could not have called a better company. Would highly recommend!

Derrick and his team were amazing!! Through the whole process-from our estimate to the install, their communication was excellent, they were on time and courteous, and did excellent work installing our new system. Anthony explained everything to us, and went above and beyond on the details, like leaving my basement cleaner than when they arrived and even added mulch around the new condenser unit in the backyard! We are really enjoying our quiet, cool house and absolutely recommend Supreme Heating & Cooling!

Derrick came to our home less than 24 hours after calling, and on the hottest day of the year, to look at and (hopefully) fix whatever problem was causing our Central AC to be acting up and not cooling our home the way it used to. He was able to arrive a few hours before our scheduled appt, which was awesome, especially since the day was sooo hot and we were desperate for our AC to function better. He was extremely professional, pleasant, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Turns out we were low on refrigerant, due to a small leak. He addressed the issue, charging us a VERY fair amount for his time and work. The thing I appreciate the most was he was happy to explain everything to me as he was doing it. He showed me what the equipment does, how our system works, possible future upgrades/repairs that may be needed - but he was not pushy or trying to upsell me on anything we didn’t need today. He was upfront and honest about costs , and I feel that we definitely got our moneys worth. Just a couple hours later, and our house already feels so much cooler on a 93 degree day! The best part…this is a local business, he’s the owner, and it’s obvious how hard he works to treat customers fairly and do the job right. If you’re using any other company for heating/cooling needs in the Pittsburgh/Penn Hills area, you’re using the wrong one. Call Derrick at Supreme! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again, Derrick!

Outside fan unit stopped working. It is an old air conditioner. Derrick got unit to work again and advised he would contact supplier and see if new fan motor was available for reasonable price, but with no promises and sooner or later we would need to buy new AC. Derrick was honest and very professional.

Came to my home for a service call charged over 100 dollars never checked anything and just tried to sell me a new unit

Jay was polite, professional and helpful, taking the time to explain various parts of my house's A/C system to me. He educated on me on how the system works, and explained what I could be looking at in terms of future repairs. He also spent more time than I would have cleaning and maintaining the system!
