At the beginning of COVID, I was blessed with the opportunity to buy a house! Little did we know that none of the utilities were working, and everything would need redone. All the radiators for heating were cracked with cracked lines too. Due to everything being shut done, our friend offered to install a split system for a very cheap price after just graduating from tech school. Say less, sign me up! Fast forward a year later and we knew things weren't right. The machines just didn't work properly, but then we noticed mold. Well Supreme came to our rescue!! They cleaned and reinstalled everything CORRECTLY in such a timely and efficient manner. Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful. They are our permanent HVAC people now!

We called out Derrick to fix our air conditioner that was not cooling properly. We’re first time home owners, so we wanted to call someone who would be honest with us. We are so pleased with Derrick and Supreme’s services!

He explained everything to us. A piece had been installed incorrectly by a warranty repair man. He and his team fixed it no problem and even showed us a filter we had installed incorrectly ourselves. He then cleaned the outside unit of our AC and told us that we can spray it ourselves going forward if we want to. They were so, so kind and professional. Someone easily could have charged us an arm and a leg to replace far more than what we really needed.

It is no wonder they are rated 5 stars, we will absolutely reach out to Supreme again if we have any issues going forward.

My AC went down this morning, in dire need of AC repair before the weekend heatwave arrives. Called several AC HVAC providers, Derrick was the only one who answered the call and arrived at my house within an hour. The service was fast, efficient and the price was reasonable. Hands down the best heating and cooling company I’ve worked with so far I have a real estate company and I’ve had several furnaces and central air units installed and repaired by supreme heating and cooling they are very professional provide expedient and effective service with over satisfactory results for a great price they also provide you with a great warranty policy which is very comforting knowing if anything goes wrong my warranty will take care of it I definitely will continuing doing business with them and highly recommend them for any thing related heating and cooling installation or repair

I highly recommend using Derrick Lee with Supreme Heating & Cooling. We called to have him come look at a furnace and he answered right away. We had an appointment set up for the next day. He was prompt, courteous and great to deal with. He was able to get a new furnace installed within a few days. His prices are more than reasonable. Him and his whole crew were polite and had great knowledge of the unit they were installing. I would recommend Derrick and his team to anyone in need of HVAC work.

Derrick was very professional, talked me through my options and was always on time. Very responsive on service calls, you get a text notifying you they are on their way every time. Schedule reminders are sent through text and email. So far so good on the new A/C install!

Mike came and did an inspection on my boiler furnace so that I was comfortable with it being in top shape. He arrived on time and was very personable and professional. My furnace was cleaned and a new thermocouple installed and made some recommendations. Very reasonably priced and what I really liked is that everything was explained in detail what he was doing and why. .. will definitely use again...

Supreme Heating & Cooling were very responsive, timely, and accommodating. My furnace quit working and I called on a Thursday afternoon after calling several other companies. They were able to shift their schedule around to come next day on Friday to inspect. Once it was determined the furnace needed to be replaced they worked quickly to provide several quote options. They went out of their way to go pick up the furnace I selected on Friday afternoon sicne they did not have it in fheir warehouse. They also got me on the schedule for Saturday (next day) . The technicians were on time, professional, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Supreme.
