Wonderful, 5 stars, service by Supreme, I’m super impressed by their workmanship, friendliness and professionalism, knowledge, and overall they made the whole experience super easy for me. I felt they went above and beyond and in the end I have to say my new ac install looks beautiful! Thanks Supreme heating and cooling!!

To say they are supreme it's an understatement.

I first called them on a Sunday night, around 11:00 pm. I was surprised when someone answered (I soon learned he was Derrick Lee, the owner). Not only did he answer at this ungodly hour, but he was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. After explaining my issues with my AC, we agreed someone would stop by my house in less than 48 hours or the following Tuesday morning, between 10:00 and 11:00 am.

Tuesday morning, at 09:55 am, Anthony came to my house. He drove for approximately 45 minutes to get to me and made it on time. Much like Derrick, he too was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I proceeded to show up the disaster I had going on in my basement that no normal human can make sense out of and he figured the problem before I even turned on the AC all the way. Still, to confirm it was in fact a bad motor and fan, he opened it and showed me some screws that had fallen off the fan since the last repair. (I am seriously considering writing the name of the previous company who didn't even want to come back and look at what they had fixed just a few months back without charging me a fee). So, Anthony proceeds to explain how the motor would need to be changed, the fan and once I asked how many thousands would it set me back, he also took a look at the furnace which was over 20 years old and was bound to give up sooner rather than later. He told me he wouldn't invest so much in the AC part when the furnace part is bound to stop working in the next few months. Still, he would definitely provide me with some quotes for the repair with the parts as well as completely new systems. By now I was terrified of how would I ever be able to afford this. Well, if there's a will, there's a way! Much like every other review explains, they do work with you to help you; it would genuinely be impossible to get mad at anyone of them or argue with them. They know their jobs extremely well and unlike everyone else, they're not there to profit by ripping you off. Whatever service you need, they will do it for a reasonable price.

Once I learned that I could go on with the change of both the AC and the furnace, we set up an appointment for 48 hours later again. I had been in contact with Derrick constantly; he will get back to you immediately with the answer you're looking for; you won't need to wait around. Prompt, efficient, professional, kind, caring, fair and extremely knowledgeable. Not only will they do what they promised, but they'll do it in time, while being pleasant (and by god, I don't know how they managed that in my house that day, for as many hours as they were here!) and, in the end, they'll live your place cleaner than they found it. The price could've easily been a few thousand more dollars for everything they've done.

You think that's it? No. Once they're done installing something that requires you to register your new equipment for warranty purposes, they'll take care of that as well. All your documents, invoices, serial numbers, along with everything you may need will be in your email. They will then continue to check on you to make sure you're satisfied with everything and if you have any problem, they'll fix it.

They are by far, the best company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Highly recommend them for anything related to heating and cooling. You won't regret it; you'll actually sleep at night instead of worrying, wondering if you have the right company for your issue and why won't they give you any type of warranty for their repair or why haven't they bothered to call you for the past 2 weeks to tell you they will need to order a part (it would be ordered another week later and it would take a month to be received; by Comfy Kozy Heating Cooling Plumbing; you're welcome)

To end it; Supreme Heating & Cooling has been a savior for me; I'm very thankful they exist and I can't recommend them enough! They really are as amazing as all their reviews say! Gentlemen, thank you for everything once again! Keep up the top-notch quality work; all the best!

First thing first, Derrick and his team is very professional and polite. Derrick, the owner, always respond promptly and communicate professionally and nicely. They showed up on time at 9:30am and completed installing new furnace and new AC around 4:30pm. They put the new AC unit to the other side of the house as I requested so they need to redo wiring and some pipework, which may slowed down them a little. They kept on working and did not even stop for lunch. I offered them coffee and they politely did not accept it. They cleaned up work site and even put mulch around the base for the AC unit. I am satisfied with their service.

Amazing! Really came through when I was in a bind, and even hooked me up with a discount! My 20+ year old furnace died right before Thanksgiving, and they came through when other competitors said I had to wait until after Thanksgiving without heat during freezing temperatures. Installation was flawless, and everyone was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. I will go to these guys always in the future from now on. Thank you so much! EDIT: Had to replace my 20+ year old A/C unit in early May as it was on the fritters. Service was fantastic and installed the new A/C in less than a day (very affordable as well)! Love these guys! Everyone is so friendly and I could tell they just want the best for their customers. New A/C has been running fantastic and have seen some major energy savings on my electric bill as well. Great job! Will continue to recommend Supreme Heating and Cooling to all my friends and family.

Amazing service as always. I called about a concern on Tuesday evening. After some telephonic troubleshooting, we agreed it was time to say goodbye to the old furnace. The new one was installed the next day. They do great work. Their friendly, courteous and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

We worked with Derrick. He was very professional and honest and straight forward. The very day I called, he came out to my home to see what we were dealing with. He made me aware of the issues, and gave me all my options. We decided to just replace the old unit. He made the appointment with me, and not only did he show up on time, but he was 10 min early. He walked with me and told me exactly what they would be doing today, and even offered to move the location of the unit to a more centralized spot. His prices were more than fair, and the work was high quality. My house is cool, and we are happy. Thank you to Derrick and the crew with Supreme Heating & Cooling, for the exceptional service. Update: 5/12/23 Anthony was here for my spring maintenance!! Professional, efficient!! Just an excellent company to work with!!

Found out after an install of a furnace 12 years ago that we were fortunate that we didn't have carbon monoxide poisoning. Explained everything so that we understood what was happening. Anthony the service technician could not have been nicer. Derrick the owner was there for the entire install. The 3 other gentleman, whicj I apologize for not getting there names were super. My house is warm and I feel safer. Thank you Derrick and your team.
