Happy with the service overall and the workers are very nice. However, when cutting the the holes in the vents for access, they left tons of little tiny metal shards everywhere that are hard to clean and scratched up my brand new vinyl flooring and antique end tables. Please in the future bring a hand held vacuum or something to pick them up.
