I had nothing but a positive experience with Velocity HVAC. My AC broke and they were very responsive and helpful. They were on-time, fixed the issue and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. Good value and price as well. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them in the future!

From the initial estimate to the actual installation, Velocity HVAC has provided prompt customer service and excellent workmanship. I required an oil to gas boiler conversion and gave Velocity a call based on recommendations. Anthony promptly responded and provided a very thorough and detailed estimate the following morning. Communications has been on point leading to the day of installation as well as post installation. The installation crew was very professional and answered all questions I had. The original system was not installed properly and Velocity corrected many of the issues instead of simply working with it (thanks Dave). I feel confident that I will continue to receive prompt and professional service from Velocity whenever I need service again.

Velocity gave us a great quote on replacing old HVAC system and hot water heater. The crew that came to my house were prompt and professional. They left the house clean at the end of each day. They communicated well throughout the process. My wife and I are very happy with our decision to work with Velocity.

I reached out to Velocity HVAC yesterday am and they were able to come out to give me an estimate on ac install that afternoon. I have literally never had a service provider offer to come out same day for an estimate. I was super impressed. Anthony and Dave showed up early and were super nice and respectful. They were knowledgeable about high velocity ac install and shared so much knowledge with me about the system and my home that none of the other service providers I had come out did. Due to this they were able to give me information that ultimately meant the configuration of my home would not make sense for high velocity install. So although I won't be able to use them bc my home doesn't allow for this type of ac solution, I wanted to post a review about how great of a company this is. They have integrity, they know what they're doing and I would 100% use them if I were able to get this work done to my home. I highly recommend them!

On several occasions now we have had to call Velocity for emergency service. Their customer service is great and their response time is amazing. Most recently fixed a broken hot water heater, got our furnace up and running again in the middle of last winter. They also replaced our entire system at one of our houses. Their pricing and service is the best around. Thank you guys.

Very friendly every time I speak to someone. They were fast and professional. I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to heating and our central air system so it was a relief to have the assistance I needed to fix it but also walked me through what needed to be done. Worth it!

I chose Velocity after receiving 4 estimates for a full hvac replacement of my 20 year old system. I did the homework and am happy I went with Velocity. Not only were they the most reasonably priced estimate for HVAC, ductwork, and a new hot water heater, but it was an overall great experience. Anthony, David, and their crew were professional and take pride in their work. Ductwork can be a challenge in South Philly homes but their work was impeccable and done the right way. Anthony ensured my Lennox system was automatically upgraded to the next model when there was a snag at the distributor. They make sure the job is done to your satisfaction and they care about the customers. Super responsive and honest as well. Not something you find these days. If you’ve been hesitating about who to go with for your HVAC needs, look no further.

From start to finish, I received undivided attention from Anthony. From the initial consultation to the follow up when the job was complete. Anthony and Dave were sure that I was informed about everything that was going to happen and answered all my questions in detail. The three guys that came to do the removal and install of my HVAC units could not be more considerate and professional. Velocity will be my go to HVAC contractor and will be my first recommendation to everyone.

Dave and Anthony are great guys to do work with. They do not overcharge and their customer service is of Veteran Standards. I highly recommend anyone who needs HVAC work done to give them a call and get a quote from them as one wont be disappointed.

Had someone out to our building last Monday to check things out and get us an estimate for some HVAC work. We were told we would receive an estimate later that day from the office. Well it’s been over a week now with us calling at least once a day and we still have not gotten a call back or had anyone answer the phone at all. For a 5star company supposedly open 24/7 this is a joke. Nothing but a waste of our time. Avoid these unprofessional people as they will just leave you waiting without a care

Edit: you have no record of me because it was under a shop and not a person. You came to our location at 3240 Collins St in Philadelphia to give an estimate for hanging 2 vent hoods and ducting them to a vent fan. We never heard back from you after that and after a week of trying to call and leaving messages with no response we stopped wasting our time.
