R&R came in to clean up an install from another HVAC company. R&R was able to fix the issues with my system, replace a mini-split on the 2nd floor, and clean everything up in a single day. The system has worked perfectly since and they have been out to clean the system on a regular schedule. Would highly recommend R&R, especially for mini-split systems.

Such a pleasant experience with Carlos, Juan and Andrew. They were extremely courteous, even so much as to work quietly while my 8 month old went down for naps. They installed two mini split units and worked efficiently to finish it in a couple days. Super professional, and most importantly they did quality work.

Very happy with the install of 4 units. The team was very professional and efficient. My home was left clean and tidy. Plastic drapes were used to keep dust from getting on my furniture. Floors were even cleaned where the work was done.

I can't say enough about how great our experience was with R & R Mechanical. They installed a mini-split system for the 1st/2nd floors of our house earlier this summer. Ramon spent a ton of time working out details for our first floor so we could avoid the wall units, coming up with a plan to run ducts through our basement and help us keep the look of our 1895 house intact. He totally understood what we were trying to do in terms of appearance, but also gave us a system that made our house so much more comfortable. Rosa was the best in terms of answering questions, scheduling and just being a really nice person every time I called. The installation team (Louis, Andrew, Juan, Carlos) did a great job and continued the approach of providing a top-notch cooling system while minimizing the impact to our house. And juggled handing our 4 dogs!!! Really great to work with a company that takes pride in their work at every level.

Thrilled with R&R! Responsive office staff, professional and nice installers, they even came out the next day when we had a minor issue that needed adjustment. Only HVAC company I've ever used that picked up the phone every time and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. Truly great customer service, and I won't look anywhere else ever again! Oh, and the pricing was competitive!

I’m in the inspection and quote stage of an HVAC replacement. I talked to Rosa on the phone and she was incredibly helpful in answering all my question as someone who knows very little about hvac systems.

Ramon from R&R was very professional in servicing and repairing our HVAC system. He resolved the issue and kept me informed as he moved through his process. He also left me with some thoughts on how to continue to maintain the system, which I greatly appreciated. Ramon clearly knows his stuff and is an asset to the R&R team.
