Called for service as a first-time client on one of the hottest days of the Summer and had a technician at my house within a few hours…..despite being prepared that I wouldn’t have a technician on-site until the following day. The system was inspected and with a few brief tests it was recognized that a start-up capacitor for the compressor needed to be replaced. Seamless and professional service at a reasonable price and Aryan (sp?) was knowledgeable, courteous, and swift with his service. Thanks! Will absolutely use your services again (when the next issue arises).

Our technician came out within 3 hours of calling Green HCE. He was very courteous, diagnosed that our systems motherboard was faulty and consistently reading as overheating. He took the time to show me the work he'd done, explain how the system worked and how he was able to determine where the fault lay.

Thankfully, they had a replacement motherboard in his truck and he was able to quickly repair the system without having to call another truck to retrieve parts. All-in we were back to having heat within 4 hours.

Green’s to the rescue! I have used Green’s for HVAC repairs a few time and they are great! They squeezed me in on Friday before things got freezing this weekend. Their repairs are reasonable and I never feel like they are pushing for unnecessary work. Definitely recommend!

Our AC decided to stop working the first hot weekend of summer. Even as a brand new customer, Green Heating and Cooling was able to be at our house the same day I called. They diagnosed the problem and now we are so happy to have cold air again! Gerti was very helpful, provided great explanations of the problem and couldn't have been more friendly. Green was quick to respond and schedule someone to come out when our A/C kicked off just before the holiday. Their representative was prompt, professional and efficient. Living in the city it’s hard to know what you get when you call for service, but Green lives up to their reputation. Would definitely use again!

Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. I called around 9 am and a technician was at our door by 1 pm. He had the air running in 20 minutes and was courteous and explained the problem and the solution as he worked. Great experience with this company.

We have used this company multiple times over the past 3 years with great success. Their repairman came out to the house during the last blizzard to fix our heater. We've been very impressed and highly recommend them.

I contacted Green HVAC because an outside tech company tried to put on a new thermostat but couldn't get my heat to turn back on....when it was 35 degrees out and I have a baby! They were able to get to my house, assess the problem and fix it (AND install my new thermostat) within one day. They were professional, on time and so helpful! I have been using Green for years, from air conditioning to heating to water heaters. Quick service, fair pricing. Erion (the tech) has always quickly and properly corrected any problem we have had. Strongly recommend!

I had them install the kumo cloud wi-fi device for my Mitsubishi mini-splits so that I could control them from an app. From the time I contacted them to set up an appointment to when they came and installed the wi-fi device was a very short period of time. (I had to wait for the devices to come in but it wasn’t too long.) Overall, a good experience and I’d use them again.
