    Replaced the AC unit on my roof, and my coil as well. Quote from them was much cheaper than my first guy. Great service, very polite. Cleaned up after themselves, good with details, etc. Communication was great which is a big deal to me.

    While this particular review was prompted by a thermostat install, I’ve also had good service from this company for a weird whiny noise from my heater and for emergency repairs mid winter. They also do a good preventative maintenance.

    I was searching the internet for the best HVAC service and I came across a few different companies that looked trusted. Having good experience with Angies list I saw that Green was an Angies list award winner multiple years in a row and decided to call them for a quote. They were extremely knowledgable, experienced, and friendly, and gave me a very fair price when compared to my other quotes. When it came down to making a decision I chose Green and I had such a great experience. I would would recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, fair priced, trusted professionals.

    Air conditioner died in July heat. Was able to get a same day appointment. The technician, Gerti, was polite, professional in appearance, worked quickly to solve the problem in the rain and heat. When finished he reminded me to check that all my windows were closed and locked the basement door( where breakers are) on his way out. Highly recommend and will ask for Gerti when I need AC/heating/electrical service.

    Green service rep came out to inspect inop commercial 1.5 ton AC unit. He stated that I had a few burnt out wires in the compressor. He rewired them for what I considered a very reasonable price. AC works fine now.
    Why is this significant , A previous HVAC company that had installed the unit said I needed a brand new unit the price of $3900.00. Lesson learned
    get a second opinion if you do feel confortable. Said company tried to take advantage of me because Im the owner of a company and its hot outside and no AC so maybe Im good for the $3900 kick in the ass. I will continue to use Green for my business and home as they proved to be reliable and trustworthy

    I called on a Sunday and they came out pretty quickly. George was very professional and did a great job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone

    Call in for a tune up. When the individual arrived, that happened to be the owner ( Gurdy). Not Gary. He told us that his name was Gary; when we called his office; We were told that there was not a Gary working there only Gurdy. The guy was rude. He got bothered when we asked a question. He basically did nothing to the unit, he told us that we will need to replace the unit. We ask for written Estimate. He told us that he was going to send us the estimate and detailed invoice via text. We only receive a receipt for the amount that we paid. I wanted a detailed invoice to find out what we pay for. He he didn't do anything, he not even send us the written estimates, neither the detailed invoice. We paid just to hear that the unit is old and we need to replace it. Non one charges for Estimates or to tell you that the unit needs to be replace. I called twice and still No estimate, no detailed invoice. Very unprofessional company. Gurdy (the owner) read Google review and call us very angry and threatens us to call the township. One more reason not to do business with this company. Extremely unprofessional.

    I called to schedule an appt on a Monday for the upcoming Saturday-the woman i spoke to was talking as if she didn’t want to speak to me, she took down info and then said a scheduler will call me. The scheduler called and was asking me the same exact questions-this points to their lack of communication. Then, on the morning of my scheduled appt i called to confirm because i got no phone call or email confirmation prior-i spoke to the SAME lady because i recognized her voice and she said we don’t have you on the schedule. First impressions are big, so you gotta wonder what the leadership is like if that’s the customer service they have being the initial contact for new customers

    Erion from Green Heating, Cooling & Electric showed up on time and was good, knowledgeable, and gave me clear explainable options to choose from. It wasn't about how much he can get from me or just here to fix what was in the work order. He diagnosed the problem right away, tested and checked other parts of the central air unit after the main job was completed.
