These guys are amazing! I found paper in the air filter slot of my new house in the evening and was desperate to get some answers. Another company had shrugged me off and told me to call the next day. In calling Air Masters HVAC Inc they stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes walking me through what I could do myself. After diagnosing the issue via photo / text Jacob determined it would be better for him to come see for himself. He gave me very clear instructions on what I could and could not do with my system before my appointment which I appreciated! He extremely prompt and addressed my issue very quickly. He was also kind enough to answer an additional questions about my venting system. I could not recommend more and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I have not had service this good in a long time. Our air conditioner all of a sudden stopped working last night, I called the company, they said they were booked but would try and get out to us the next day (today). The technician was able to come out by lunch time and within seconds diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and had the air back on. Not once did they try to upsell or add on parts or price. Cheap, quick, and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone who needs some professional help or guidance, there's a reason they have such high ratings.

These guys were, by FAR, the most responsive, professional, and helpful HVAC crew I've worked with in the city. After calling 6 different companies from all over the city for an emergency repair in the middle of a POLAR VORTEX, they were the only ones that were able to get a tech out to our home in a timely manner. Jacob arrived on time, and literally, in 3 minutes, solved a problem with our boiler that another company had failed to fix after 2 hours of putzing around earlier in the week. Not only that, but Jacob took the time to explain to me what the problem was, what was happening, and how to fix it! When other companies would have just glossed over the details to try to pin me down for further service calls, Jacob was totally honest, and wanted to avoid any unnecessary charges since the fix ended up being something that I could handle. Again, I urge you, call Air Masters if you need any help with maintenance, repairs, or just questions--I'm appreciative of Jacob and of the company for being so responsive and helpful, and their work speaks for itself.

Called to find out if someone can come out for an estimate for a new HVAC system. The representative stated there was a special to replace furnace and AC unit. When I called the first time I stated I would think about it. I gave the representative a guess of my current AC unit specs and brand name. The representative quoted me a price and stated a technician would be able to come out the next morning to check everything and we could go from there. I said I would think about it and call back. I called back within an hour and stated I would need someone to come out and look at everything to see if the price she quoted fit my needs. She stated she would need a 50% deposit first which was in complete contradiction of what she stated the first time I called. I tried to see if that was noted anywhere on their website and it was not. I said "Thank you. Have a nice day." Someone else called me right back from the company and apologized for the misinformation and stated someone would be at my home from 2-6 pm.. My youngest and I waited from 2-6. Cancelled outdoor plans with my daughter for a no call, no show.. Bad business! No respect for customer's time.

Jacob from Air Masters is the real deal. He came out on a Saturday which was extremely convenient for me. My air conditioning problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. The price was unbeatable. Jacob was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely reccomend this company and will use them again.

Setting up an appointment was also easy, especially compared to other companies who dont even return phone calls! Thanks!

Update:There was a miscommunication that the company rectified immediately. They showed up on time to the next scheduled appointment and got me up and running with no problem. We are finally cool again in the middle of this heat wave. He even gave me some tips on what to do if the problem happens again. Would recommend and use them again!

Never showed up. Did not call or communicate with me whatsoever. If this type of unprofessionalism is happening from the very beginning I'm not confident in the work the provide or lack thereof.

I would highly recommend air masters. Our technician came out late in the day after having a long day. He immediately diagnosed the issue and had a very simple fix. He quickly fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. All staff I interacted with were so nice and polite. I will definitely call them in the future!

I contacted with these guys through Yelp because my AC was stuck on the hot air setting. They responded within minutes and sent a technician same day... Which was extremely welcome because it was over 90 degrees in Philly that day. The technician showed up on time and got to work immediately. Within minutes he figured out that the thermostat was broken and gave me a few options. Rather then selling me a new thermostat, he recommended I get the existing one replaced under the manufacturer warranty. He could have easily lied or tried to upsell me but he was very honest. He wired up the system to temporarily bypass the thermostat and told me I could turn it on or off via the breaker until the new thermostat arrived. He also showed me how to rewire it once the new thermostat arrived. I'm an engineer so his willingness to solve the problem with me so thoroughly was very appreciated.

I own several properties and have to deal with HVAC companies all the time. These guys are top-notch, I highly recommend them!

If I can give 0 stars I would. Had some concerns about my hvac unit not blowing in all rooms. I called this company to see if I could get an estimate on whatever the issue would be. The rep on the phone put it in as a service call... when the tech showed up (reeking of cigarettes) he spent a total of 10 minutes in my basement which he spent some of the time taking incoming calls. He never once went into the rooms we complained about and just basically told us we needed to rip open walls and redo the home vents. Then i was charged $85 and threatened with a lawsuit b/c i took 24 hours to pay them. Exactly what i was charged for i don't even know since the tech did absolutely nothing. I called a different company and they spent 30 minutes here for FREE and gave me options other than ripping open the walls. Don't waste your time with this company.

Very professional from start to finish. Every time I called the phone was answered by an actual person which was nice. Jacob the tech was top notch! The price was right and the work was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use Air Masters for all my heating and air conditioning needs!
