Air Masters HVAC is the best HVAC company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! They came out right away, didn’t try to over sell, or sell me on something I didn’t need, and did GREAT work. I would highly recommend Air Masters- out of the 3 estimates I got, they had the best prices, and were the best to deal with. Family owned companies always take the cake for me!

Complete scam! The lady who answers the phone, Brooke, is the worse, most unprofessional and rude person I've ever tried doing business with. She'll come off as nice just to try to take your money and switch up her entire personality just to leave you hanging. They never even showed up to the appointment or had the courtesy of calling me and letting me know. This is very bad and unprofessional business! Take heed to my warning and DO NOT get scammed by them.

Let me start with saying I'm not trying to hurt this business and only providing my very personal and subjective feedback. I understand several folks are happy with the company's service, however, we had a significantly different experience with them. Here is our story: I called them for replacing our 'aged' a/c and the girl I spoke to was awesome. Got scheduled quickly, the person who came by was in a rush and gave us a quote without really taking into consideration the different components of what could affect the a/c capacity. When we requested a more detailed assessment, we were told recommendations are based on square footage of the house and that is how they do it. They were not even willing to work with us on it or answer our questions. We obviously went to someone else and the new guy turned out to be awesome and lot more scientific in his aporoach.We did find out that our suspicion was right, we needed a much lower ton condenser than the one suggested by Air Masters.

After not showing up for the first appointment, the scheduler said someone would be over right away. And someone was. Both times the scheduler was very friendly and helpful. The technician was very friendly too, took 5 minutes to replace a pump and charged about 5X the price of a new pump. It was very expensive. However, he did fix it, so there’s that.

Air Masters was great! I've hired many contractors (which we all know can be a head ache) but for once in my life- it WASN'T! They came at the promised time, did the work they guaranteed to do, and didn't try to rip me off (they actually gave me a better price than another company in the area.) I would HIGHLY recommend Air Masters for any HVAC work you're in need of- you won't be disappointed!

They were recommended to me by a friend, so I called them up, they listened to me, came out to my house (which was relatively far from their location), fixed the problem (burnt out capacitor), charged very reasonably for the service. All in all, took less than 30 min. Really good service and they went out of their way to assist! Thanks guys!

My HVAC began making a loud noise, and consistently waking me up. I called and made an appointment for the same day. Jacob fixed the issue and now I can sleep again! Thanks

I had a great experience with Air Masters, they were on time, very professional and friendly, put most of all they fixed my system right away. Would definitely recommend them.

Tom did an amazing job, installed a 5 zone mini split in my 100 year old home in just a couple days. It has been a few weeks so far, and so far so good!
