Was incredibly responsive and flexible. He got our air conditioning fixed quicky, gave us tips on regular maintenance, listened to our barking dog the entire time and came out after a very busy/long day.

we had a problem with our ac system after moving into a new house, contacted shannon heating and cooling and in less than 24 hours it was fixed!! highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their system as well!!

I called late on a Friday evening and expected to leave a message, but to my surprise Scott the owner picked up the phone. We had a curious smell going on and he offered to stop over the next day. Was prompt on his appointment with us and solved the issue in an hour. Looks like we found a good local HVAC man we can depend on!! 🙂

Called Shannon HVAC on a Sunday afternoon because our heating system broke. He answered the phone, took our info and was at our house in less than a 1/2 hour. Took him less than an hour to find the issue. Ordered the parts Monday morning and we were back in business. Super responsive service. Rates are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Scott was timely and figured out the issue quickly. Fixed it even faster. Highly recommend, knows his stuff. Great guy, couldn’t have had a better experience.

Scott came out same day and installed a new gas water heater when ours broke while we were away on vacation. He is professional, upfront and honest and hard working.
