I could not be more happy with the response and the professionalism of Shannon HVAC. I called with a failed cooling motor on my heat pump at 7 am in the morning and it was fixed by lunchtime . Also I am a new customer . After being a home owner for over thirty years and dealing with a lot of make believe techs Scott showed up fixed the problem immediately and called me at work to tell me the problem was fixed . I highly recommend this company and will only call Shannon HVAC from now on for all of my heating and cooling needs.!!!!

Scott was recommended by another HVAC contractor. He’s a nice guy who was prompt and responded quickly to an air conditioner that wasn’t working. Prices are fair. Quality of work seems good. Will use again for repairs and other work. A+

We had our AC unit go down late Sunday and called a couple of professionals but no one returned our calls. Called Shannon hearing and air and Scott answered the phone and said he could come out in about an hour. He showed up on time diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, drove to get the part, came back and fixed the problem and tested it to make sure it was running as it should be. Went over some other issues we have with keeping the upstairs hallway cool and he gave us good options. He was very professional and could tell he knew what he was doing. His rate per hour is very fair and provided a receipt that was itemized which most don’t do anymore. We are having him come back in spring for yearly maintenance and will continue to use his services. I highly recommend.
