Ryan came within the hr. I was 4 days without hot water. He was personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything so I could understand. Repaired the problem, answered my questions and pricing was reasonable. Will use again and recommend to others. Valerie was also very pleasant and understanding. Thanks for a job well done.

I called and my appt wasn't for a few days but they had a little spare time on their way to another appt and showed up the same day! Super nice and quick to fix my kitchen sink pipes. Will definatley call again when needed!

$80 for a single piece of tape on our heater because he didn't want to actually take a look at it, and now our pipes are frozen and they want us to cover up every spot we left open for one of those goons to go under there, the service was to heat our pipes up and unfreeze them, not to fix our skirting. Seems like when we call it's nothing but an inconvenience and they don't do squat cause they don't feel like taking some time to fix something. Unprofessional, Lazy, and a waste of our time and money. Gfckurslfs concord 😊.

Although they were busy and didn't expect to be to my house until the next day, Brian arrived by mid afternoon. Had my furnace running quick and without any issue. Concord was the 3rd company I called and got a response from. The others made promises, but never followed through. I highly recommend!

I called when the furnace didn't seem to be working. A very pleasant Guy was here within 2 hours. As I feared, the furnace needed to be replaced. They were honest, prompt and very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

5 Star Thumbs up to Concord. Waited a Year for another company with patience to replace 2 valves. Called Concord on a Thursday, Scheduled for Tuesday, were on time and job done in 30 minutes. Highly recommend Concord for your plumbing needs.

Had a constant leak in my toilet that ran my water bill to over double it's normal cost. I called Concord because I had worked in North East and we used them where I worked. They are TOTALLY HONEST people there. Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in language I could understand. Their PRICES are AMAZING!!! I was in total shock when I got my bill for all the work I had done. I already scheduled them for another job next week!!!!! I say if you need plumbing, call Concord. Period.

We called in the morning, there were a couple jobs ahead of us but someone was still to our house in less than 2 hours. He had the part in his truck and was able to get our heat back up and running in no time. Fair pricing and very courteous. Called when he was on his way and was here very quickly.
