Had a Carbon Monoxide scare in my house and found out the source was the furnace. Larry was referred to me by a co-worker and I am so glad he was. Larry came the same day to check the problem and was back the following day to install the new furnace. He is a great man and does amazing work. My family and I are very grateful we were steered in his direction. Will definitely go to this company again for any of our heating and cooling needs and will DEFINITELY refer to friends and family. I moved into my house in the winter of 2013-14 and immediately hired a guy to install the furnace. Well, it has been a nightmare ever since. Once the outside temp hits about 20 degrees, the furnace won’t shut off. I have 4 young children and my wife has been miserable over the winters. I have had to use multiple electric radiator-style heaters over my cold air vents to help warm the ambient air. My a/c absolutely struggled in my old brick home. I thought when Larry Rick, owner of RL Rick, came in it was hopefully going to get a little better.

Well, Larry Rick and Bruce came in and did a phenomenal job! They replaced my grossly undersized 95% 2-stage variable speed furnace, cold air and supply trunks/ducts, cleaned up the messy gas lines near the furnace and water tank, and organized the dangling wires coming in from everywhere. They took their time and I was glad to go through the very short inconvenience for long-term comfort. They took delicate care of my home and cleaned up everyday. They took the time to answer all my questions and shed light on my concerns. They are straight shooters and told me if I needed something or not. He proved that hvac, plumbing, and electric is truly a trade. My house has been a thousand times more comfortable. The difference was immediately noticeable.

I will be recommending RL Rick for any and all HVAC work moving forward. Companies and workmanship like this seems few and far between. I seen a bad review and they have to be trolls (other competitive businesses who create fake accounts to knock down a 5 star company). Put your first and last name when you leave a business review or I call your review bull. There is no way that story fit these guys or this business.

I have used R L Rick Heating and Air Conditioning for many things in my home. He has fixed my central air conditioning unit, installed a new furnace and I couldn't ask for anyone better to take care of such things in my home. He is very personable and will go over and beyond to help you. I suggest anyone having problems to call R L Rick. I am so very satisfied with his work.

Best heating and cooling company to call. They are very knowledgeable professionals and did a perfect job. They cleaned up after themselves afterward, and were very pleasant to deal with.
